Beautiful Hotel and the room we had was impressive.Me and my wife went there for our honeymoon tour and we really enjoyed our stay.The position is perfect and the area is not too busy.The front desk is very kind and we really appreciated them.

The room size was great, we had everything we needed, AC, fridge, TV, Wi-Fi etc. The bathroom was great, however, when the sun was shining in, it would get quite hot inside. The balcony view was great, you could sit outside have a drink and enjoy the view. The best part was the staff, incredibly kind and helpful! There was even hand sanitizers near the elevators. Great location, near train stations and close to some great cafe and restaurants. Would stay here again!

They did not have a training facility in case someone wanted to get in some exercise. There wasn´t really a good option to charge our phones, the closest outlet that was not occupied happened to be near the sofa area, so nothing near the beds.

Everything was great, especially the balcony. We were stunned the first time we stepped out there. The room and bathroom are gorgeous compared to other hotels in the same price range. The location is pretty central, and it’s especially convenient if you need to get to Kyoto from Osaka Umeda.

It would be better if there were a self-laundry option.

The room was bigger than most in Japan. The bathroom was nice too. Very clean. It was not that far from the station and close to a lot of restaurants plus a food hall.

The staff were absolutely accommodating from the moment we walked in, especially for our first time to Japan... Loved our room, balcony & the beautiful view.. our lovely newspaper daily delivery & the vintage key box that our hotel room key, came in. So many little cute touches ?And our lovely dear friend Ichi Kawa was such a delight, friendly, beautiful person, inside & out. Thank you for everything. ♥️

There was a very very very slight sewage smell... it dissepated through out the time that we were there, but it would come and go... we got used to it. But otherwise everything was perfect.

The service was excellent. The view was wonderful. We loved the drinks at snacks at night for guests.

I was concerned when we had to turn in our key everyday when we left but it was not a huge issue. Those at the front desk picked up our key quickly.

The hotel was conveniently located to the major train stations, plenty of shops and food options. The staff was wonderful the room were spacious and clean. The view was great as well very romantic for couples. Enjoyed the breakfast that they served and the complimentary happy hour that they offered .

I liked everything this is very minor but didn’t understand why they did not have key card but instead gave us physical keys and had to return them every time we stepped out.

Large room with an enormous balcony with awesome city views and a table and chairs. A very comfortable and luxurious place to stay. The bar was a really nice touch for hotel residents with free drinks and nibbles and a lovely terrace to enjoy the night lights of the city.

Harmonie Embrassee was one of the best surprises of our trip to Japan. Just a short walk from Osaka Umeda Station, the location is incredibly convenient, yet it still feels tucked away and peaceful. Our room on the 21st floor had spectacular city views and a huge outdoor balcony—such a rare treat in a city hotel!The room itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked, with everything from hair clips to pajamas. This is a true modern luxury hotel, but with warmth and charm. The staff were kind and helpful, and the vibe felt more personal than corporate.A major highlight: the complimentary evening bar. We stopped by after dinner and ended up staying until 10:00, sipping sake, highballs, and even single malt whisky—much more than your typical hotel happy hour.Honestly, we kept asking ourselves if we just got lucky or if this really is a secret gem in Osaka. Either way, we’d absolutely stay here again.

While there were two beds in the room, the only other option for our 10 year old was a chaise lounge in our room. The hotel did provide bedding on request for her.

The location, large, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely staff and complimentary bar.

Unclear pricing on laundry service (especially for men’s shirts), only one physical room key which you can leave at the front desk as you leave throughout the day but still an inconvenience

The room was well-maintained and offers a fantastic view of the city. The amenities, the toiletries are one of a kind. The best thing I love was that the room smelled so clean and it was really neat and super tidy. The place can be easily accessed and is near to mamy restaurants and shops. This hotel deserves a 5-Star rating. The staff were so accommodating and helpful at all times.

Wonderful service and our room had a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view. The shower was also amazing.

If you only have one place to stay on your trip - even for one night like we did as a special honeymoon treat - it has to be here. The staff are so lovely and an absolute delight to deal with. The room is huge! We did not been posh enough to deserve this room. They had free cocktails, beers and snacks from 7pm during our stay so we relaxed with our drinks overlooking the city lights. Can I live here? Haha.

Everything was fantastic.

Very spacious room so our family of 3 could rest and do our own thing without bumping into each other. Great location. Close to great malls/department stores and cool stores. Walking distance from the subway. Delicious breakfast.

The windows Soundproofing could be better and the rooom decoration was outdated. Also found it a little weird to have only one key (the old-fashioned one) per room which had to be left in the reception every time we went out and had to talk to the staff to get the key when we came back.

Loved the balcony and the view! Rooms are oddly shaped which works out to having a LOT of space which is uncommon for Japan. It’s a brief walk from the Midosuji line if you are using it to go down to Namba/Shinsaibashi area but I didn’t mind. Very polite staff! And it appeared to be a popular wedding site because of the view/chapel at the top!

Great room with beautiful bathroom, large balcony and very nice staff. The breakfast was excellent.

Smooth check in/out, Very friendly and helpful staffs, room was bigger than average Japanese hotels, free snacks and beverages until 22:00. 10 mins walk to Osaka train station, Yodobashi Camera, Lucua, Daimaru department store...etc., 5 Mins to biggest Uniqlo in the Kansai area (if I recall correctly), tons of restaurants and bars around.

Table was not big enough for me to put all my shopping loots and for me to work with my laptop.
