- Public bath room is good. Water pipe is strong. Wifi is ok.
- It’s close to major train stations, including the JR Line, the Nankai Line (which goes to the airport), and the Osaka Metro. The staff are friendly.

- Desk is missing on room.
- Check-in is only until 10 p.m., so be sure to check your arrival time before making a reservation.

Clean, simple, nice location
It’s close to everything that a tourist would want to see. All walkable distances.
The air con is not soo cool. So the room was a bit hot. The walls are not thick, I could hear the neighbors talking or moving something.
The price is the best part of this lodging. Second, the neighborhood is close to the fun shopping district. Close to the train station.
The guests in the next room stumbled in drunk at 2 a.m. and talked loudly for almost an hour. The only shower facility is on the main floor, and often occupied.
Its a small room, with a tatami bed, but its convenient and cheap. Service is great, easy to work with and they are super honest people
Facilities were clean and accessible, staff were very helpful
The futons were a little uncomfortable
Staff was great and friendly. The place really clean as well as the common areas. The location amazing.
The price was high for the room we got, the room was the tiniest I've ever seen, I am pretty sure it was just for one person not for 2 because there was not enough space for the 2 single mattresses we got, the space was just for one. We ended up putting one over the other one and sleeping really tight. Not sure if all the rooms are the same or we just got a little one.
It’s close to different train station lines. The receptionists are accommodating and nice. Facilities are clean even though it’s for sharing. Free iced and hot water, coffee, and tea.
Nothing. I liked my stay and would probably stay here again in the future.
Close to train stations, subway, shops and Shinsekai. Lots of common space and a nicely decorated terrace. The facility has been renovated, which is visible in many aspects. Even though there are only four showers available for all customers, sometimes you only have to wait a few minutes.
One small elevator that moves slowly - sometimes it was quicker to use the emergency stairs as the building does not have an internal staircase. Women's toilets start from the fifth floor. When choosing a Japanese-style room I expected tatami, but there were wooden floors.
Staff are lovely and great value for money. Location is great (1 minute walk from the station) however, it is also very noisy throughout the night which isn’t helped by the really thin windows and walls. Ear plugs are a must! Also shared bathroom is on the ground floor in the main lobby area so you’ll need to walk past people checking in to get showered in the morning. Not a major thing but something of note if you were expecting one shower per floor.
Close to stations and convenience stores. Free coffee/tea station
We were told we were ‘upgraded to a bigger room’ however it couldn’t even fit the 2 futons flat but were overlapping. The walls are very thin that our neighbour was snoring all night and the traffic was horrible. The girls sections is in a different hotel altogether. And the elevator is incredibly slow.
The location, the cleanliness, the women's bath were the highlights! The staff is very friendly too. It's completely worth its money, a very good deal.
Number of showers for women are sometimes not enough as it can get busy in the evenings, but still after a wait it's fine.
The room was super affordable and in a great location. They supplied fresh hand towels daily and offered tea and coffee. Our room and the showers definitely could be cleaner, but overall you get what you pay for
The staff was friendly.
The bathroom and all facilities were located at the reception. So, when I wanted to shower, I had to take the elevator down, walk past the reception, and then walk past it again after showering. It wasn’t very dignified. The same thing happened when I needed to use the restroom. I also had to wait a long time for the elevator at times, which was a bit uncomfortable when I urgently needed to go to the bathroom.
The room was very small for 2 matresses. It took a while to get to the showers because it was in another building and sometimes there was a line so you had to wait. But the showers were very nice. The location was great, 2 mins from the subway and a very lively.
Location near to train station, plenty of convenient store around the area
Shared bathroom but it's been stated in the hotel description so no biggie
The shower rooms and the free drinks all the day and the kitchen and the cozy vibes.
The very small rooms the neighbors keeps knocking on my wall and shout all the night, and the cleaning was very bad and the smell is very very bad and the security at the night was not good between the guest the men where walking with the boxers in yhe lobby. And when i told the reception on that the guy who knocked my door on the night he told me that he can’t do anything about that! If i want to stop him i have to call the police!!!
laundry floor was durty, dryer was too high. even though hotel provided step ladder, floor was not straight so l was scared to use it, but had to.also lady's public bath was far.
