    Cons -

    • Small bed and awkward to get in and out of bed.
    • Small. Noisy. Nightclub neighborhood
    • The toilet did not have a heated seat - it was the only place we saw this in Japan. Also, the downstairs street and bars make it quite noisy at night. Just something to be aware of.

Separate toilet room and bathroomBig rooms for the priceGood cleaning and amenities

Vents in washrooms have a weird smellFaucet and sink basin are awkwardly offset so my hands got water on the table

The location is amazing, right in the city center. Walking distances to main attraction and subway if you go a bit further. The staff is friendly and you can rent charging adapters for free during your stay. It has a mini frigde, a proper AC unit and the bathroom is small but it works.

It´s small if you have a large suitcase you will not be able to open it on the floor, you can only open it in your bed. I was also not able to open the window and i asked for a key and they said i was not allowed. So from a fire Hazard perspective you will be stuck inside the room with no way out.

Great hotel for the money. Everythng was nice and clean, the staff were super friendly, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Get a coin for drinks and comes with a vending machine at the bottom. Very convenient location.

Universal plug did not work for my laptop.

Is really well located and the room size is perfect.

    The pillows are not constable.

The rooms are a bit small.

Decent location, if you want to be close to the nightlife. Clean room and bathroom, pleasant receptionists.

Unfortunately our Japan trip ended on a miss. While we expected the room to be small, the pictures don't do any justice as to how actually tiny the room is. Good luck if you have big suitcases. There is only one tiny window that can be slightly opened but if you want to leave it open during the night (otherwise it gets suffocatingly hot and musty), you should be prepared for very loud noises and cigarette smoke from the bar below. The bed and pillows especially were quite bad and uncomfortable.

Great location. Close to Dotonbori. Clean room. Polite staff.

    Room is small.

    7GermanPosted on: 10-11-2025

Good location near the street market. The room was clean and had everything that could be needed.

The room is too small, no space to open big luggage with a blocking entrance.

Location was perfect — just a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. Shinsaibashi is an ideal area to stay in overall, with most major attractions and shopping spots nearby. The staff were very friendly and greeted us everytime they saw us.

The hotel feels a bit dated and could use better maintenance. While the room and bathroom were clean, the overall condition shows some wear. The room itself is very small — suitable for solo travelers or couples — but there’s barely enough space to open a large suitcase comfortably.

The location is prime. It's close to 3 different train lines, close to dotonbori and shinsaibasbi shopping area. It was easy to check In and check out. Rooms get new towels and pajamas everyday. It's our second time at this hotel.

Some staff are unable to speak English. We sometimes get lost in translation. The indian man at the front desk really helped us. We wanted to borrow a vacuum to seal our shopping but the other staff won't let us borrow one. The indian man helped us when we asked him and lent us a vacuum the next day.

    6SalwanPosted on: 10-6-2025

The staff at the reception is very helpful and friendly, the location is amazing and the cleaning staff replaces towels daily.

    The room was too small.

    5ReganPosted on: 9-29-2025

    Central location

Toiletries provided but sub-standard (compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan), very dim lighting and especially no natural light in the rooms, only one pillow each (not much support), no half numbers on A/C

    8DaniellePosted on: 9-21-2025

Rooms are small but layout maximises the space. Beds are very comfortable and amenities are good. Location is excellent, close to everything and transport options.

    10Evelyn A.Posted on: 9-21-2025

Very nice hotel near the busy street of Dotonbori, you can walk to the street full of shops and eateries. The Location is very convenient and there is a metro stop nearby, there is a bar downstairs that can get noisy when there is a rugby match, but the hotel itself was great, the staff very kind and the room was pretty nice
