Would like to see better transportation to Osaka Itami Airport. Prefer shuttle bus going to airport.

The other hotels I stayed at in osaka used space more effectively. It could use some more areas to hang clothes.

Nice staff, good location and clean room.Complementary product in the hall was a nice touch and the hotshot were really useful in january.The premier lounge was really nice and the manager of the lounge was very welcoming.

Great location: the metro station is right beneath the hotel, with convenience stores, a supermarket and a Starbucks café right across the street. The room was relatively spacious. It was cleaned daily, complimentary bottled water was provided free of charge and all amenities were included - such as a razor, toothbrush and even a set of pajamas! This was my first stay in Osaka and in Japan, and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again when I return. Excellent value for money, and the staff were incredibly nice and kind.

Very close access to subway station. Close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is excellent. Room is cleaned everyday. Room and bathroom are bigger than in Tokyo 3 star hotels. Staff speaks English. People in Osaka are generally very friendly. Free supplies of coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water every day. Includes bathroom supplies. Location is right next to convenience store.

Location is very good, in a quiter area but with metro access right next to the hotel. Room was larger than the average you get in Japanese hotels, with a premium look and feel. Bed was super comfy: a perfect 10/10. Everything was very clean, while the staff was professional and very helpful. Special mention goes to the amazing breakfast, so rich in options and delicious.

The location to the Metro was very convenient. The breakfast was awesome and cleaning staff and most of the front desk staff was great. Wonderful coffee shop with a bakery as well!!!

We stayed in a family room, which was too small and the bathroom windows were transparent giving no privacy. Three adults (of our family).

Great location, next to Minami Morimachi subway station and Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street, and there is a nice size supermarket opposite the street. The staff are friendly and helpful, front desk staff are proficient in English, and housekeeping did a good job.

There is no designated taxi stop for the hotel. Taxi has to stop by road side, somewhat inconvenient as it rained when we checked out and with heavy luggage.

The location is great. Lots of shops walking distance, good restaurants, and the subway access is fantastic. The staff was helpful and quick to resolve issues, but not above and beyond. For foreigners, English communication was not great. Daily cleaning but the minimum, made beds, changed towels and cleaned bathroom. The rest, untouched.

The noise - it’s unbearable, we couldn’t get any quality sleep. It was as if the window was wide open - sirens, traffic and even the cross walk beeping. The WiFi was next to non-existent. It was super slow - only 1MB… almost insulting for such a large hotel.

The location is prime for using the JR Rail and local train systems. Good location for food shopping and ginza. The morning breakfast was good, with many options. The available amenities were wonderful. GREAT soaking tub. The bed was comfortable.

The room was smaller than expected; the square footage includes the room hall and bathroom, so there's not much room in the bed area, especially when you have luggage. Small closet, no bureau for clothing. One luggage rack and the other suitcase had to be put on the one table. The view was of a neighboring apartment building. With that being said, it was fine for our sightseeing days because we weren't in the room very much.

The location was great...within minutes of the main temple, shopping arcade, convenience stores and large park and train stations. The staff were very friendly, the lobby decorations were lovely, and I like being able to choose amenities as needed - nicer for the environment!

The pillows were a bit lumpy, the room was a bit smaller than I had expected at this price, and the food at the attached cafe (Bread and Expresso) was quite oily and heavy (but the staff there were really nice as well! The breakfast buffet must be really good, but there was a long like so we didn't try it.

Great staff, excellent dining and clean rooms! Close to three major subway/rail lines and shopping.

The hotel is clean, the staff is nice, it is close to a 24h supermarket, a convenience store. And next door to the subway. It has a variety of breakfast selections. The hotel also offers little perks like face masks, mouth washes, relaxing salts, and others.

This is a personal preference, so it does not affect the general view, but I prefer breakfast warmer than it was.
