Hotel Route Inn Osaka Izumi -Kishiwada Izumi Inter-

Very clean and nice staff. Great free parking and close proximity to a large mall. Only 20-30mins from KIX airport.

The beds were as hard as a rock, pillows were like made of a bean material and were very unsupportive. It was decent distance from Osaka driving, about 1 hour drive to get to Namba depending on traffic.

we booked the room at hoc. When we turned up, reaslised the room was very small, at least smaller than it was described. Any way, two thing really upset. When we checked in, we were asked to pay 200 yuen as local tax, which we thought was included in the amount we paid to Bookings, Furthermore, the staff was not ready to give us the room key until we had to return to the car and paid the money. The money was so small and we were unhappy for their attitude.The next morning, they called at around 10am to remind us to check out. We have never been hasseled to check out so early, especially on a nomal Monday when things are not busy. Anyway, we rushed down and only realise we were 17 minutes after 10am. The staff demanded us to pay a late checck-out fee of 2000 yuen. This is totally outragous.Never ever use this hotel!!!

Staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good.

I wish the restaurant was open in the evening.

The room was spacious and clean , bed was comfortable, buffet breakfast was very well presented and delicious, free car parking was convenient, hotel staffs are friendly, service attitude was great.

Loved the public bath, breakfast buffet, and firm mattresses. Hotel was clean and nice.

The cost was higher than I prefer, but I do not regret making the booking.

My wife had a good experience at the in-hotel Onsen (gender differentiated). Rooms are clean, and they prepped kids amenities as well.

Breakfast is only until 9am, and check out is at 10am. So if your family missed the breakfast while sleeping in, you'll be highly likely rushing to feed the kids and check out by 10am

breakfast team was sooo accommodating. when they realised I didn’t eat pork they would make me special dishes. very kind gesture.

conversion wise it is a very small amount for me how ever although the hotel was not full, they did not offer us late check out. I was informed at for ever hour there is a charge.

it’s clean and tidy. lots of parking space and good breakfast

it’s close to lala port but need to be careful of the routing. although it is just opposite to the hotel, it can be accessed directly and need to find a place for u-turn etc

colour arrangement of the room. I was sitting on the bed and nearly fell off on the floor because the colour of the bed spread is similar to the colour of the carpet and I think my brain misjudged the carpet was still a part of the bed spread.
