Good location, great amenities, amazing bath unit

We booked it without really knowing what to expect.Spoiler: it was great.The location was top notch, perfect to explore and enjoy Osaka. The staff is really nice, there’s plenty of services (from a curry bar to a station to grind your own coffee beans, as well as all the beauty products you might need) and the room was bigger than the standard room.Because of the nature of this hotel (a love hotel from my understanding), you have to leave the key at the reception every time you leave the hotel. I didn’t find it problematic nor understand why it’d be a problem, especially since there’s someone 24/7 at the front desk. Wouldn’t recommend to a family with children but definitely worth it for a couple or friends.

Privacy, free breakfast and lobby amenities. great price, better than most hotels of similar quality. It's simpler to get escorts if you're already in a love hotel :). The smooth lighting level transitions with the dimmer in the room was nice.

The air conditioner didn't quite go cold enough(19C minimum), but using the provided blankets you might still sweat a little

The property was a great location and the amenities were great. The lobby had a great vibe and the upstairs coffee bar was great as well.

There was no place in our room to open up our suitcases . Also, the pillows were very hard.

Bed was sooo very comfortable! Amenities were awesome at the front desk with vanity items and tea/curry rice / ice cream

The Bali was awesome. This well appointed hotel in a great location is clean and the staff very helpful. The extra's you get like free curry all day, plus free ice cream, popcorn, snacks, booze and more. The rooftop coffee bar was wonderful place to chill before going out. Our room had plenty of room with a large bathroom and every possible amenity you could every need, even phone charging cables in the headboard! Well done Bali!

The abundance of toiletries and amenities (unlimited soda fountain drinks, coffee, ice cream, curry, soup and alcohol) just to name a few.

No washer

The Bathroom inside the room was very clean. All amenities were available and helpful to have. The hotel location was wonderful.

There was mold and mildew all along the top of the bedroom walls and in the sink area. It did cause breathing issues at night which made sleeping difficult. I was able to get the hotel to relocate us into a slightly cleaner room on the 3rd evening.

A lot of complimentary things. Great location! Nice coffee station. Free food at the lobby. Free drinks at the lobby. Walking distance in everything.

The property is in a perfect place to explore the beautiful nightlife of Dotonbori in Osaka. The accomodation is really good, there are free drinks (w/ and w/o alcohol), food, ice cream. The room size and its services were exceptional. Highly recommend groups and especially couples who visit Osaka for the first time, for the nightlife.

My husband and I spent a few nights at Bali An while we explored Osaka. It is just off one of the main roads, and it's very quiet inside — you can't tell you're steps from Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Our bathroom and bedroom were lovely, and the complimentary toiletries selection is very comprehensive. We also thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar and rooftop lounge, the complimentary curry, ice cream and mix-your-own-cocktail bar.Bonus: My birthday passed shortly before our arrival, and Bali An delivered birthday honey toast as a gift! It was HUGE (see photo with hand for scale) ?We had a lovely time, and we hope to visit again soon.

The incense smell is too heavy in common areas like the lobby. Also, I use a cane and there were a lot of awkward elevated steps in and out of the hotel room.

The location, the amenities, and the staff are excellent I also enjoyed having food and drinks readily available

The room was a bit small, but that’s what you get in return for being right at the heart of Dotonbori

The location was exceptionally good. Right in the centre of everything. Within walking distance to the famous Dotonbori and NAMBA station. The receptionist were super friendly and helpful. The amenities were superb.

Nothing to complain about

I very much enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was spacious and very well decorated and the bathroom was on another level. Super location. Very good ambience

Very spacious room with an incredible bed. Great location down by Dotonbori and all the night life. Very convenient to go out and return to. I got a great night of sleep here.

I wasn’t ready for how awesome this stay was going to be. I had a frickin movie projector in my room with my massage chair and a tv in the bath with jets in it.. absolutely awesome.. even the toilet seat goes up by itself.. I was really in the future.. breakfast buffet was great too.. 100% awesome stay will be back

Finding the location from the train station was a 3 hr journey.. it’s my fault but I was lost for 3 hrs trying to go 200m.. the hotel stay well then made up for it.

Loved this place, good location, plenty of free toiletries to try out. Staff were friendly ?

1. The location. Right smack in the middle of everything - the subway, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi.2. The amenities. Free food, drinks, ice cream and unlimited amenity packets.

1. All the rooms of our party smelled of very strong cigarette odor.2. The room size, although 21 sqm., did not seem big because of how it is laid out.3. The bed was not very comfortable.

This was a fun stay! We had a tour guide last year tell us about theme love hotels in Japan being an excellent value due to all the extra amenities and we were so pleased. All the extra spa products, food, massage chair, and beverages encouraged us to relax more on vacation. We saved money staying here and loved the Bali vacation theme. The staff was helpful and friendly and used a translation app when necessary. We will definitely stay here again!!
