Osaka Riverside Hotel

Location was very conveniently close to subway lines and stores.

Almost nothing, the only complaint was I heard p9lice sirens sometimes at night.

I have very high standards for cleanliness of hotel rooms and I loved just how clean this one was. The room was nice and big with everything you’ll need without excess. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was lovely. The area around the station is peaceful and quiet, a nice little haven from the hustle and bustle that comes with metropolitan Osaka but still super accessible from many of the major touristy spots thanks to the Osaka Loop Line. Totally recommend for travelers with little ones.

We loved the location, over the road from the river and a 3 min walk from train station. The staff were very helpful (even though their English was limited they managed to communicate by using a translation app.)

A couple of us had rooms facing the big air conditioning units with no view at all, but we were hardly in our rooms so it didn't really matter.

Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and powerful. Room was clean

A bit expensive compared to other hotels we had stayed in that were very similar. I had booked a superior room but no different to other cheaper rooms elsewhere. Bit disappointed with the river view too, unable to see the river from my room on 6th floor due to trees in the way.

There is a beautiful park a minute away from the hotel. The Cherry blossoms were in bloom ?

That they charged 100 yen for just one extra towel.

The property was clean, right next to the Osaka Loop Line Station, the river and a nice sakura park. The room was being cleaned everyday. There are free amenities for all the basic stuff. The staff was nice but they don’t speak english. They use the phone for translation, which is ok.

The location was incredibly easy to walk to and from the station and the views from the room were great. everything was clean and well taken care of and the staff were very inviting and informative

the lobby did not smell great, like there was some kind of sewage problem that hadn't been fixed

I chose this hotel because it is so close to the subway, and from there I could visit any attractions that I wanted. The room I received was spacious by Japanese standards. Everything was in order and within expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone.I had a medical emergency at the time, but the staff was extremely helpful, they helped me contact my insurance company, quickly found a doctor who could speak English in a local hospital, and called an ambulance for me. I believe it made such a difference and because of this, I am forever grateful to the staff members!

Only the location was good and near to station

The Wi-fi is week and the some of the staff can not speak English, which was difficult for us to communicate with them

Room excellent, breakfast good ($13), having. Vending machine on my floor was great…it’s such a nice and quiet area, train station 200 metres away, but you can’t hear trains…lovely walk along river 100 metres away…I loved my 9 night ORH…

My windows…being very picky..outside cleaner didn’t finish their job…8 floors up…couldn’t see view out of windows..

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed and room size, staff are friendly and helpful, car parking is convenient.

In a good location, near train station and nearby shops like 7-11 and Lawson. Very convenient. Hotel looked really nice.

The breakfast was great and one had many options to choose from. We've got a room facing the Osaka Castle, which was really fortunate ? Also, the room size was okay, considering it's Japan.

The metro line is very close, so at nights it was a bit loud. Be prepared to pack earplugs if you are sensitive like me. Other than that, everything was great:)

The check-in and check-out was pretty easy to navigate. It is right next to a park, which people gathered at quite frequent on the weekend.

It was way too far from everything else in Osaka. We had a flight early in the morning and there was barely anyway to get to the airport. We had to pay about $200 for a taxi to the airport, which is absurd. Obviously this is not the hotel's fault, but this is a caution to anyone who has an early or late flight! It is also located in a neighborhood where there is no restaurant at all, so the receptionist told us to walk to a nearby neighborhood (about 15 minutes away) for food. Also keep in mind the staffs barely speak English, so get your translation app ready.

Location is quite convenient. Next to a park. Managed to catch some Sakura blossoms though it’s late this year.

Bed is really small.

It was quite noisy, train, road and other guests in the hallways.

Clean. Room supplies are more than enough, there was even a face wash and night milk and drip coffee Delicious matcha tea. The river view. Close to the train station.

I did not like much

A lot - just one of those hotels that doesn’t give anything for its guests I parked my car shortly before I checked in. I had to pay parking right away in cash. Then later on they charged me more since I used parking already early (I mean fine it was not a lot but it’s the attitude of that hotel)

Near a station for the Osaka Loop Line. Has washing machines and tumble dryers if needed.

The bathroom is very small for tall people.

Ambulance alarms are frequent due to a hospital nearby.A hole on the bedspread.The painting on the wall is not bad, but not suitable for a hotel room where you need to relax.
