Great location and friendly staff

Breakfast doesnt have too much options

There was 2 7/11s close to the hotel also Dotonbori was close to the Fresa Inn. They do provide amenities which is nice.

The room is Tiny if you’re alone it’s perfect for JUST FOR YOU but if you have a friend or partner the room is too small.

PJs and pillows had a musty smell, very small room.

I really liked the location of this hotel — it’s close to malls, shops, and restaurants, especially Shinsaibashi, which made everything very convenient. The hotel had everything I needed and even provided high-quality toiletries, which was a lovely touch.

What I didn’t particularly like about the property is that they don’t offer a single queen- or king-sized bed. For couples, this means having to sleep separately, as only two double beds are provided, and the beds are too small for us to comfortably share and sleep in.

Staffs are helpful and polite. Good location near subways and metros and a lot of restaurants nearby. Near busy location. Overall it was a great stay!

Staff very nice and polite and helpful. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean . And breakfast was great , but should not be charged , should be a part of the rate and hospitality.

The location if amazing. Just far enough away from the crowds while still being close enough to walk to several different stations, restaurants, and stores. I picked this hotel because it would be easy to walk to from Dotonbori so I could easily get back after having a few drinks (who wants to travel a long way after having a good time?) The staff spoke English very well, there's plenty of comfort items for free, the window to the room opened for fresh air. Everything I want!

The only thing I can advise you is to double check the location of the hotel when you put in the name into google maps, as there is another branch of this hotel chain not too far away and your GPS may route you to it instead of this one, which happened to me once.

Small bed

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was super close to the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori, but was far enough away that it was very peaceful. We had no issues with sound whatsoever. The facility was great and even had rentals for hair curlers and other amenities. We did not have the breakfast but it looked yummy. Close to a station so you can get everywhere you need. The room size was actually really nice! It was the biggest room we stayed in during our trip (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto). The bed was a queen size and seemed so spacious compared to the full sized beds we slept in at other hotels.

Very modest hotel at a good price. The location is great right next to the Shinsaibashi station and Dotonbori

Close to transit (about 8 mins walk to the train station). Walking distance to dotunburi, which is amazing.

Room is pretty small. Standard for japan. Not enough space to leave a large luggage open.

Clean and staff is very friendly. It is also located in a great area, right next to Dotenbori. Train station is close to the hotel as well.

Rooms are a little small. Especially if you have a lot of luggage.

The location and the cleanliness

I couldn’t check in until 3 pm. I was overlooked by a staff member advising other guests waiting to check in but looked at me and said nothing.

I like the lady who greets during breakfast. She’s full of energy and gives good vibes so i know i will have a good day. Too bad i wasnt able to ask for her name. The room is clean i just hope they turned on the AC before we checked in so its already cool

There’s a guy staff at breakfast who just keeps following or checking what i took so i feel uncomfortable. He’s like counting how many pancake i took.

Location was prime, and it was ok for two nights.

Breakfast was fine, complete, but could have had some more healthy options (more fruit, more egg variety). Staff was loud at breakfast and very disorganized at check-in. Room was terribly small (even for Japanese standards). A bit on the expensive side given all of this.

It’s very convenient and the position is near the station near the subway station and is very convenient to go to the shopping mall
