Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Room was accurate as in the pictures and we were satisfied with our provided amenities

Every floor stank of tobacco unfortunately. Made our stay very uncomfortable, that would be the only thing that was very annoying. Maybe it needs to properly cleaned up or people are smoking in the corridors

It was easy to find and they let us check in early

It was so loud because it was close to the trains but like the price was worth it and they had free earplugs

Rooms are tiny and quaint, there are MANY floors, and MANY places to shower. The hotel even includes Sento (Hot tub for malkes and females respectively, free drink machine that offers 4 drinks (Three types of Tea and one coffee) with Hot and Cold/ strong, medium, and lighht options <3333.Towels and Amenities are provided and chick in and check out is extremely easy. After lobby hours, a key is required to leave and reenter for safety and there are also vending machines that offer beer and Non-Alcoholic soda, tea, juice and coffee. Lawson and family mart as well as Restaurants are right across the street and up the block many of them open Late. Ity is a VERY fun and inexpensive place to stay and foreigner friendly.Highly reccommend.

Hotel had slight stale tobacco smell although I only ever saw 1 person smoking in the smoking area which was under the emergency steps. Dryer took 300 yen for 90 minutes and my few clothes still came out damp. All minor points. Would otherwise give 10 for overall value

The staff are just amazing and they are super helpful and interested in your stay. The lobby is very convenient because you can get free cold and hot tea and coffee and also cold drinkable water. And also they serve croissants for 200 yen.

The room is extremely small. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.

The value of the hotel was reasonable, all considered. It was not as old as some of the others, but not new either. There was plenty of space to leave your luggage pre and post-checkout. The location is close to several stations and Don Quixote.

The shared toilets and public bath area was well-used and there was a lot of uncleaned parts / walls, although the majority of it was fine. Major areas of the room were reasonably clean, but very dusty underneath the bed. There was only one shared toilet in the men's room with three urinals for a whole floor of mostly men (that I saw). Not ideal.

Loved my time here. The Japanese-style room is perfect for one person, even with a big luggage (might be cramped for 2), and I worked comfortably from there. The fridge was a nice bonus. The facilities are overall good, the lobby is awesome and the working/eating space has sockets and free drinks (like coffee and tea). The Japanese bath was fantastic! You will be in one of the two more popular areas for tourists, and next to two different stops. You can also get to Nara in 30min from here. There's a couple of things I would improve: a door and hot water in the washroom or a sink in the shower room, there's basically no in-between between a full shower and only being able to wash your teeth because washrooms have no door (only for the toilet cubicles) but shower rooms only have the shower inside; a tiny mirror, even a sticker one, in the room.

Showers were a little dirty, especially the carpet. Restrooms on the 7th floor and possibly all the floors didn't have hot water making it slightly unpleasant to wash my face or brush my teeth (I have sensitive to cold teeth.)

It wa a short stay for me while waiting to go to the kansai airport and it's really close to shin imamiya station which is very convenient.

Just a bit noisy and pillow was uncomfortable

10/10 - Great experience, my favorite hotel I have stayed in, feels very comforting - lobby Is tidy, friendly atmosphere and has many great amenities such as free coffee, many vending machines, TV, co-working space, comfortable couches. Oh and Wifi is also AMAZING. Tested it and it was on top speeds of 200gb upload/download.The team are very friendly & extremely hardworking, humble people.

Location was good, price fair because you have your privacy in comparison with dorm hostels.

There is a smell in the room. It's not that is not clean but I didn't understand what it is. Others have also reported this on the reviews.

Great location - train station, eateries, shops and 10 min walk to Tsutenkaku.The room is nice, comfy and clean. There is a fridge, air conditioner and tv. Showers and toilets were clean.The staff was friendly and polite.Will be staying here again next time I visit Osaka.

The early check-in! We were super tired and was searching for a hotel to rest and then we found this gem ❤️ for those giving negative reviews, let’s put it this way- this hotel is super cheap and the sharing concept shouldn’t be an issue whatsoever. I also like the Japanese style bed. Toilets are clean! Staff is super nice ? Thumbs up for the great service.

I wish they open hotel branches in Tokyo too ? I will definitely stay there.

Located close to the station, nice staff but only one out of three I spoke to understood English.

Hair on the floor leftover after the previous customers, room smelled very old, air conditioning looked mouldy.

Absolute gem! Japanese style rooms, double are a better fit for one person. Amazing common area with unlimited different types of tea and coffee. Lovely Halloween themed decorations with shampoo bar, very cool! Staff was very helpful and friendly, bathrooms were spotless at all times. Onsen was open and working.

Everything was amazing. Small thing was when guests were loud in neighbouring room but hotel provided free ear plugs and honestly there is not much else they could have done.

Although the room was small, everything was very clean. Window opened for “fresh” air but could also be closed with two layers to reduce noise. Shower and toilet facilities always clean. Shampoo bar was very fun! Free coffee/tea/shaved ice was also great to have at all times. Staff very friendly and helpful. Strong wifi! Given a free disposable towel each day. Great price for a private room comparing to other options. Also nice open common area to work, eat relax etc

Bed slightly uncomfortable, but can’t really complain because everything else was so great
