Comfort Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi

Everything was super good, breakfast, location and customer service

You have to ask for sheet chance, otherwise it was perfect

Close to shopping area, food street and a konbini on 1st floor beside the hotel. They accommodated our early check in with addl fee. They change linens and clean room everyday. Breakfast spread is amazing also.

The room especially bathroom is outdated. With its value we can get another hotel with more spacious room. Also, be aware that there are lots of bars surrounding hotel so it get tend to be very loud with drunk people screaming outside, out of our 6 nights 4 of which we can’t get proper sleep because of the noise that can last up to 5-6am.

Very good location, the breakfast has all you would need and the staff was quite nice.

The room was the smallest I had in my hotels across Japan and was a bit dated.

The hotel breakfast was horrible. I could not eat the chicken because it was so disgusting. The plates were not cleaned well. The seat in my room was dirty. The floor was filthy. The room was moldy. The room was horrible.

Location near shinsaibashi and metro station; All day availability of coffee and tea with an area for families to socialize and eat. The hotel was clean and staff were accommodating

Small rooms for 2 people but manageable and repetitive breakfast choices

The breakfast was ok. There were many choices but no variety. It was the same thing every morning. The location was perfect, near the train station, shopping area and restaurants!

I know hotel rooms in Japan are small but Compared to where I stayed in Tokyo, our double room was quite small and the toilet was small too. We had no view. We couldn’t open the curtains. The triple room was roomy enough, the toilet was spacious and their window had a view.

Great location!! too luch to do nearby, it was just what i expect it to be!! rooms was comfy, staff were great and breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Very dirty rooms, starting from smelly carpet, dirty walls. Very small room. Not worthy for the money I paid. Breakfast is also average, nothing special.

The hotel is very close to shinsaibashi and dotombori. Very convenient for travelling. Room was not big but had everything we need. Also, love the breakfast and free drinks.

Staff was amazing. Helped forward our luggage to our next hotel with ease. The ac worked great too.

AC had no drying mode. It was too aggressive with the cold air to run at night. We switched it off and let the room warm up to uncomfortable level, but at least we slept. The breakfast was off a lower quality than we were led to believe. At that price, we're paying for the location, which was awesome. So go have breakfast anywhere else. The Lawson next door has nice options, for instance. Bathroom looks dated. Don't expect to have any cold water. The cold tap was definitely hot. Hot was very hot. .

Overall, everything was lovely. The location was great, so close to Dontonbori and the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Many good restaurants around with varied menus (American, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Halal). The staff were friendly and the morning breakfasts had a variety of foods and everything tasted delicious.

The room was small. It felt like a cabin on a cruise. This was my only disappointment. I would have preferred a bit more space to spread out and relax.

There was an old slipper left in the room, and the curtains and bed were dusty. There were cracks and questionable mold in the small bathroom. The breakfast was similar everyday and the eggs did not taste good.

Amazing, stuff was very welcoming with literally anything, from local guidance to typhoon warnings.
