Room was clean. Area was quiet but 2 min from train station. Staff was friendly. Good value.

Great locatiion, love the onsen in the rooftop. It's a small cozy boutique hotel.

Room is too small. Breakfast so so. Dirty towels were collected but we always had to ask for new towels.

Very comfortable stay. Of course the room is cosy but it is also very reasonable.

Nothing will bother you but note that the property is near Mikuni station, a bit taxi ride from shin Osaka station.

Lovely clean hotel located in a business district of osaka. 2 min walk to nearest train station which takes you to Osaka main station to connect to trains and metro. Very comfortable beds and nice breakfast.

The location and the staff are the two great features of this hotel.

Although my room was a non-smoker but there was a strong smell of cigarette coming from somewhere that was very bothering.Also, the breakfast buffet didn’t have much options.

Staff were always willing to help with my limited to no Japanese ability

Tattoos still frowned upon in onsens, it would be nice if the hotel offered more than two cover up stickers per person

One of my favorite places to stay in Osaka; clean, modern facilities and good location near the station and in the covered shopping area.

Everything. It’s in a great location. It’s always warm and inviting (drinks in the lobby), public bathIt’s the ONLY place I’d use when visiting OsakaIt was my second stay there and I didn’t want it to end

The toilet roll was not great. Very cheap and not very easy to use!!!

Breakfasts was very basic.

Very close to a metro station, and a short journey from Shin-Osaka. It was very clean and comfortable and great value. The rooms were very well equipped and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep (we were only there for one night)No complaints at all, and I really enjoyed staying there. There’s a few great restaurants just around the corner. Coffee and water in the lobby was a very nice touch too.

A hidden gem. Don't let its location/appearence dismay you. Away from bustling traffic, near to the train station and convinience stores. Amazing restaurant opposite and surrounding it. Quiet place, tidy neighbourhood. The facilities are comfortable and clean. The rooms are as expected, and well thought out for your convinience. Sometimes, simple is what's needed.

Maybe due to less traffic, staff may not understand english, which led to misunderstandings. But with translation app, all is solved.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable. The public bath with open-air tubes is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive. Simple, but lovely breakfast in the restaurant (inexpensive).

I liked that the rooms were CLEAN. I mean they were spotless. Absolutely the best part was the cleanliness and quietness. It was dead quiet at night and there's a secondary door closing off the sleeping/living area from the entrance. There was a womens only sauna and bath but it was small and unappealing. The plus points were non smoking rooms and the amenities on the 5th floor.

I was extremely unimpressed by the reception staff. There were several interactions that were undesirable. I was push past by the receptionist to get to a more important guest. I was also hung up on by the receptionist. The reception staff are also never there in person or at the phone.

Convenient location right near Mikuni station on the Hankyu train line. Modern facilities with nice public bath on the top floor.

Good location really close to the metro. Comfortable chain-style hotel with an onsen on the top floor. Nice beds and shower.
