Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier

While it is a little removed from the main streets of Osaka, it is within walking distance to many places to eat. We loved the traditional bathrooms.

Seems a little far from main streets that have attractions, bus/ train options and food. This is a plus for quiet though.

More rooms that can accommodate 3 people would be nice. I travel in a group of 3 and had to book 2 rooms as all the 3 people rooms were booked.

The room was tidy, and large.

The beds/pillows could have been more comfortable but they were satisfactory.

The room was clean, quiet, and the amenities were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the entry way to take off our shoes and the slippers that were provided.

Amazing hotel staff, the most courteous and professional I have ever met in my life! This was the highlight of our stay!

While we paid for Superior Tween with river view, the view is barely seen from the window (not as pictures on booking). Room seemed smaller than the advertised dimensions. Worst part is the humidity/water coming down on the windows at night, you could hear the water dripping!

I loved it all! Quite a spacious room, comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and cozy. I'd like to go back again.

Nice hotel. Location was great, staff was great.

Nothing fancy, and like many Japan hotel rooms, it was small. We had 2 suitcases each, and literally we had nowhere to open them. And we were in a "higher lever" room category

Everything. From the incredible breakfast to the lounge to the spa to the comfortable beds and large suites to the free shuttle from Osaka station to the great staff. This place made our trip to osaka incredible.

Staff was friendly but I wanted to cancel one of the days breakfast and they were totally negative. Cero supportive

The staff were amazing as always. Special thanks to Ryu who checked me in and was very interested in knowing where I came from and why I loved Japan so much. The room was a bit too small as expected but I had a very nice view as the hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood with many office buildings by the river which was very lovely. The TV also has a cast feature so you get to enjoy your own favorite tv shows and movies. There is a free shuttle bus to Osaka Station from the hotel. Higobashi Station, which directly connects to Nishi-Umeda (Osaka Station vicinity) and Namba (Dotonbori) Stations, is 8 minutes away on foot.

If you plan to stay near a JR Osaka Loop Line Station to benefit from your Japan Rail Pass, this will not be a good option for you. Otherwise, I would totally stay here again.

New and sparkling clean, nice onsen on the top floor. Good location near a bakery and the science museum, easy access to metro.

The laundry facilities. Just 2 machines for the entire hotel, combining washing and drying, so the cycle runs for two hours. If you are stuck in line, you will wait a very long time

15 min walk to Osaka train station, with shuttle service as well. Super clean, kind staff and always great view on the river and skyline. Vending machine on every floor.

No toilet brush?

The room was very spacious, and I really liked that the toilet and bathroom were separated. The onsen was not crowded and very relaxing. I also appreciated the hotel’s shuttle bus service to and from Osaka Station. During our stay, the TV remote in our room was not working, but the staff handled the issue very well. Overall, we were very impressed with the service.

The sleepwear was slightly stiff and uncomfortable.

The room was wonderful, clean, and spacious for two people and our luggage. The toilet and bathroom were just as clean complete with relevant amenities. Closet and room amenities were also provided with easy access to entertainment. Location was great, small walk to the subway station(s) which connects to either Osaka station or down to Namba and others. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and konbinis nearby; 7-Eleven just next to the hotel. Shuttle service is also provided though try to keep up with their schedules. the Staff were just as wonderful and accommodating.

I always stay in mitsu garden when I travel to Japan . Good reliable hotel chain

Standard Room is a little bit too small .

The view is great and the room is convenient, but the bathroom is a bit smelly because of the pipes system. Breakfast is delicious, the public bath is great, the staffs are friendly and helpful
