Great location. I’ve stayed at other Onyado Nono properties and have always enjoyed my time. This property’s onsen facilities aren’t the nicest compared to some of their others, but it is sufficient and relaxing.

Lack of membership program
The location of this hotel was in the best place! 2 minutes walking distance from tons of eateries, Don Quixote, and let's not forget, Dotonbori. Another honorable mention is that the train station is literally down the street! Couldn't get any more convenient than that! I love onyado nono chain hotels, and this was a great stay! Checking in and out was a breeze.

The room was spacious and clean. The ramen (served at night) was good and the breakfast very good with lots of options.
The room was very bright and you could hear the noise from the street. Some other guests didn't follow the rules of the onsen, especially in the women's part, they were talking and laughing very loudly and one lady spat in the onsen water!! Very unhygienic and no staff to control this at all. Would not recommend if you're looking for a relaxing onsen experience.
Everything: Staff very helpful, room well laid out, cleanliness, availability of washing machines and dryers, onsen, breakfast. Only slight drawback was a bit of wait time (10 minutes) to get into dining/breakfast room.
The room was clean and well organized
The onsen was very crowded and childrens mess were all over the place in the women spa. There was nowhere to sit and relax after the spa accept one bench which was not enough for the number of people that filled both the women and men's spa areas. The area in the women's spot with the sink and mirrors, head hair and messy unclean areas.

I originally chose this hotel because of the location (our group only had 1.5 days in Osaka and we didn't want to spend time commuting to/from the main area of Dotonbori). I honestly didn't expect this place to wow me, but boy, was I wrong! Access to the onsen, free laundry, and free ice cream/ramen were such wonderful additions to our stay. We didn't have issues with overcrowding, but we did try to go during "off" times. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean, and the mattress was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
My only gripe was the quality of the pillows. They were flat and hard. If you have chronic back, shoulder, or neck pain, which I do, it might be troublesome for you. (To be fair, though, I had a similar issue at every hotel I stayed at in Japan.)
The room was small. No space to store luggage. No curtains in the bedroom. Had to pay for TV. Could not request extra towels. No shoes in the hotel. Bathroom/shower is like a closet. Free wash for laundry but must pay for dryer. Older hotel. Would not stay again.
This is a wonderful starting point to explore Osaka. It is near subways and walking distance of Dotonburi and other great places to visit. The onsen is excellent the breakfast was very nice with many choices. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.
