HOTEL VISCHIO AMAGASAKI by GRANVIA

The hotel was clean, quiet, and very convenient, right next to the station with easy access to Osaka. Staff were helpful, and self-service amenities at reception were handy.

Nothing - I had a great stay!

quiet location, next to JR station. with supermarket within 3 minute walking distance. with Lawson convenience store downstairs

The room was spacious and the view was good. The bed was comfortable.

I would have preferred to have the amenities like coffee, tea, toothbrushes, etc, in the room and not to have to pick them up in the hotel lobby.

Good hotel. 3rd time here

Breakfast was good however it is from 7am to 10am but after 9.30 it is becoming difficult because it is the last order. So if you want to eat breakfast you still need to be up on time. Except that it was good

Breakfast was great a huge range of western and Asian food. The location was perfect close to the train station and to restaurants a great place to stay

Location to transport, mall including restaurant. Exceptionally clean and tidy.

The hard bed!!

Very friendly and helpful people at the reception. They speak very good English.Great supermarket nearby.

All was good. couple of minutes walking from the train station. Stuff was friendly and efficient. Free coffee and some sweets after checking in. Room was spacious and had whatever i needed. breakfast buffet in the restaurant was good with a lot of choices.

All was good

Just perfect for my urgent retreat from family for a night.Everything I need was there, clean, simple, and cozy. I got an excellent rest and sleep.

Perfect location. Everything is located nearly including shopping mall, jr station, and airport limousine bus. Breakfast was also delicious. With very reasonable price, you can enjoy everything!!!!!

great hotel right next to Amagasaki station. lovely rooms. they refurbished the hotel as I have been there few years ago and it was different. rooms are really big compare to Japan standards. recommend

nothing particular

Convenience, hospitality and good price.

Room size. We stayed Deluxe Twin Room no closet for 12 days.

The room is so wide and the shower room is huge too.Love the variety in their breakfast. And it's just in front of the station.I like that te window is really big as well.

Nice hotel and no issues with it at all except that my card was charged twice while booking on line at Booking.com and the hotel is refusing to accept responsibility or refund my money.

They are refusing to refund a very obvious duplicate payment despite evidence provided to Booking.com and the hotel clearly showing one booking and two payments.

The location of the hotel relative to JR Amagasaki Station and the breakfast selection were definitely the best parts of the hotel.

The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. Multiple times I wasn't even able to check my email or the Wi-Fi would disconnect shortly after starting a session and ask me to login again. THey did provide an ethernet port that could be a fine alternative.

So clean and fresh!

Breakfast can be improved.

Staff and location

Awesome service. The staff were very helpful. Especially the room cleaning staff.

It is a good hotel , particularly the location is very convenient.

spa

Insufficient number of washing machines
