Toyoko Inn Osaka Shinsaibashi Nishi

The facilities were comfortable, close to touristic areas and close to the train, we enjoyed the breakfast which had different food options every day.

- Location- Friendly staff- Clean rooms- Fast internet - Available washing and drying machine for a small fee

- Small rooms- Staff is lacking basic English knowledge (for a hotel with international guests, nowadays this is just unacceptable). Make sure you have Google Translate installed on your phone.- The beds and pillows are extremely hard and very uncomfortable- Coffee was horrible- Breakfast area is very small! People are queuing in the morning and we felt stressed during our breakfast. After the first day we didn’t go anymore and just grabbed something from outside.

All it's a nice small spot good for the price.I didn't wake up for breakfast so I can't write about it.Good for the value

The room looked a bit old. But not in a bad way. It was totally fine

1. Laundry facilities need English Instructions for easier use.2. Mattress is too hard.3. Pillows aren't soft.4. Hallway smells of Smoke at night. (Filtering in from underneath the door.) Other guests probably smoking cigarettes in hallway.5. Late Check-out would be appreciated. Especially for guests who've stay over 5-nights.6. Breakfast times NEED to be altered. 7-10:30am would be more convenient.

Very close to Yotsubashi station with a paid parking lot next door. The room was smaller than standard but sufficient with every amenities. The Japanese breakfast was scrumptious. The receptionist recommended a nearby Japanese-style bathhouse, which we loved so much we visited twice!

Great location. Comfortable beds. Fantastic staff. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel os a short walk to the train station as well as the subway and good food and drink spots.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The coin laundry was cheap, and it was very handy having it in the building. The room was clean and tidy, and it was nice that they let us choose the amenities we needed rather than giving them all to us.

It was a little far from main train stations, and the bathroom was a little small.

The breakfast was really good and very convenient to have. The location is great, close to the Dotombori hub and metro stations.

The bed was a bit on the hard side for me, but that's a personal preference, it didn't take away from the overall experience.

Great staff, clear communication for cleaning, provide fresh towels, rubbish bags everyday, extremely affordable.

Bed was not comfortable at all sadly, it was thin, and can feel the springs right when touching the mattress

Good location, very near to metro. Organized room with everything you need in a small spce. Goood breakfast, felt like home-made. Can store lugguage here before check-in.

Staff was very kind and willing to help. Breakfast was good, so does the location. Conbini and metro station 5 minutes walk distance.

Great location, sparkling clean, comfy bed. The Japanese breakfast buffet was a great surprise.

The soundproof is not so good if your next door like to bang their door

The breakfast was yummy, really good. The location is very near the train station, family mart, and restaurants. The hotel has very clean rooms. All in all, very good hotel and will book again.

The bathroom is quite small but it was ok for me, but for bigger/taller people, it will be cramped/tight for them.

Breakfast options were great and offered everyday. The Service was great. Fresh towels were nice constantly. It's definitely not a place to lounge around in your room.

Television programing is not free. Rooms aren't the biggest but if your there only to sleep its perfect.

We were surprised that it came with free breakfast with a pretty good selection; and the staff were accommodating.

Staff are very kind and helpful and it's very close to Dotenbori and Shinsaibashi. Breakfast is free, some days its great and other days it is so-so but still appreciated none the less. There is coin laundry available as well. The price is very good, and with a Toyoko Inn membership, it's even better.

The room is quite small which is understandable given the price point, but the bathroom was quite difficult to use given how small it is and the mattress was so hard I woke up with a stiff and sore back.

Staffs and breakfast and so on... Very good with their services

Everything was great except SOUNDPROOF. I could hear people talking, coughing and snoring next room. Lack of soundproof facilities.
