Staff are very helpful especially Mahu. Lots of restaurants nearby and very clean room. Will go back soon

Fridge is noisy - having a switch to turn it off would be helpful

It was very close to station It was very clean and the cleaners didnt touched the set up of our stuff

The hot chocolate from free drink machine didnt came out well...just a tint of chocolate powder and hot water.

Location wise the hotel is accessible by 3 lines with JR and subway station right next to it, plus Hanshin station within a 10 mins walking distance. Added benefits are the public bath (indoor and outdoor) and complimentary drink and snack station in the lobby. Breakfast offers sashimi, spaghetti, curry rice, ramen etc yet western options are limited.

No laundry facilities and check out time at 10am is a bit too early.

Convenient location if you are traveling with JR pass. Just beside train station and convenient shop nearby

Another great location, right next to Taishō station. There are loads of great food options in the area. The station being nearby made getting around extremely convenient - especially heading to Univeral Studios and Napa. The room was clean and quiet. Good shower and air-con. We appreciated the teas and small snacks in the lobby area.

The twin room was definitely on the small side for two people to stay in, but this wasn't too much of a problem if we kept things tidy.

Value for money. Staff was super friendly. Close to the city center.

Location was excellent. Right below the loop line, so easy to get everywhere especially Universal. It was clean and facilities were good. The bed was firm, not uncomfortable firm and pillow was okay. Breakfast was a good basic buffet. AC in room was good and there was a remote for the lights which was nice.

No coin operated washing machine so can't stay more nights. Not enough facilities in onsen.... like no shower caps, body lotion, towels etc.

Could have a coin operated washing machine ... nearest one for public is 5 mins walk away.

Small room

The room was small but it had every thing needed. It was clean, they cleaned the room everyday. The location is great next to a train station.

They offer drink and coffee but only after 12:00 so you only get to use it in the evening basically.

Very near to JR station, and there are covenient store and restraunts just around the hotel. It's very easy for us to go to USJ by JR. And I recommend the hotel for short stay.

The room is a little bit small as usually, if you have bigger suitcases, then it maybe cramped.

Just behind JR train and Metro station and with buses to Namba, the location is perfect. Room is very basic but bathroom is a good size. Every floor has microwave oven outside the lift and 2nd floor is for ladies only. Breakfast is good with many varieties. It has more Japanese food than western food and I am happy with that.

Only 2 clothes hangers were provided.I stayed 2 nights on the 6th floor and my room was the first room after the microwave oven. On first night, groups of people would gather at the microwave oven and talked loudly while heating foods. On my second night, people used the microwave from 10-11+ pm and were noisy as they ran out from their rooms to pick up foods. They also closed the oven door roughly and the banging noise was very loud. It was not the fault of the hotel but a sign can be put at the microwave oven to advise guests to be considerate. Always request for a room away from the microwave oven. Food smells can be annoying at night when I tried to sleep.

Very small and overprice. My friend stayed on different hotel the same dates and at the same price got bigger room and better location to downtownNoisy at around 400 am, there is a machine outside causing wind whistle sound

Good location from airport. I can take AirPort Express train to hotel directly.

Hot spa level 2for the ladies level 3 for the men, good variety of food for breakfast,staff were good and friendly but slight problem communicating not all had a good command of English, hotel close to many good local restaurants

It was well located next to the train station and there were plenty of food options. The hotel was very nice. Rooms were small which is to be expected in Japan. There was no where for your bags though so we slept with them on the bed. Loved the refreshment station in the lobby. Breakfast was great.

Very easy access to the JR Taisho train station, 1 min away. Nice public bath especially the outdoor ones on a cold night. English speaking staff. Room comfortable with aircon. Tea and Coffee bar downstairs with nice place inside and outside to sit and relax. Overall great deal for what you get.

Some facilities like the lifts and the outside of the hotel look a bit old.

Room a little small as most hotel rooms are in Japan but very comfortable. Might cause a problem if you have a lot of luggage. The location is what makes this hotel ideal, both the Japan Rail circle line and a subway station are located within spitting distance of the hotel making travel around and out of Osaka easy.

The coffee machine in the lobby needed more attention although having one there was nice.

Few steps from train and subway stations. Great breakfast service. Ensuite shower unit is basic but hotel provide good public bath for all guests. Lots of dining options in the neighbourhood.
