Clean, great location, friendly staff, and excellent service. Rooms were very very nice.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The room itself was very very nice. And was pretty huge considering japanese standards. Beds were relatively comfortable and the shower was really good. The hotel itself has a lot of benefits, with a konbini underneath it, its own little shop, and a buffet restaurant.

I dont know how I missed this when booking, but the Air Conditioning (AC for those using search terms) is centrally controlled and you cannot open a window. Now for many, you may not care. But when it is cold outside, the AC is going to be set to Heat, and it will be very hot in the room no matter what you do. I do not like sleeping in a room that is 80 degrees. They will accomodate with fans if you ask, but in my opinion, I would rather just stay somewhere else were I didnt pay all that money to be acceptably comfortable while sleeping.

We stayed at the Quintessa Hotel Osaka Bay largely because we found its' location amongthe closest with the easiest access to The Osaka Expo 2025 - and we were correct. The New Tram which is only a 5 - 6 minute walk from the Hotel connects in minutes with one of the most important Metro lines in Osaka - The Green Line which can get you into Central Osaka in about 10 - 15 minutes. Often way faster than an Uber or Taxi. As I write this Review, it is literally the last day of the Expo, so using this hotel would be more useful for businesspeople who want to stay near the multiple convention nd meeting venues that are located near the Hotel - or for those who want a far quieter Hotel location than most Hotels in Osaka can offer. The Breakfast Buffet ( with cooked - to -order omelettes ) was among the best and best tastingsignificantly diverse selection Buffets we've had anywhere.... The rooms at this Hotel are surprisingly huge compared the vast majority of higher -end Japanese Hotels.

Overall, little to criticize - Uneven AC in the Public Areas and mattresses in our Room were kinda old & creaky ( but clean)- and are not up to current bedding standardsfound in better hotels

Clean and spacious room. Especially the bathroom. It has a nice deep tub.

Asa many other reviewers have noted, the size of the rooms at this Hotel are enormous, closer in size to large American Hotels, and certainly far larger than most Japanese Hotel rooms, even the most expensive. Heated floors in the Wet Room Shower and bath are nice. Separate Large Sink area and a water closet room are also luxurious unexpected niceties.Little things like an automatically triggered light when looking into the closet are also nice little touches. The Breakfast Buffet which included made - to order omelettes was a superior experience compared to other Hotel Buffetsdue to the quality of the offerings. There is clearly someone who runs the Buffet who cares about how each item actually tastes. Overall Hotel experience was a very positive one, and when you consider the relatively reasonable pricing - it is a great choice. Add in the proximity of the New Tram and its connectivity to the Main Metro System, it is surprisingly easy to get around. taxis abound as well.

Nothing. Everything was disappointing.

It is misleading for Booking.com to grade this highly as it is definitely not a quality hotel. There is no restaurant no coffee shop nothing. The room although rather spacious is dim and bleak and narrow. Zero amenities though they have you pick up what you need at the front reception. Absolutely overpriced. After checking out I asked to leave my baggage for a few hours and was charged per piece. I came on a business trip but felt tired because of this terrible stay at a hotel I will never book again.

We stay here for 4 days because it was one stop away on the metro to Expo so it was super convenient. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro but it was a straight shot to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a standard buffet but it was reasonably priced so we ate there every morning.

Honestly there isn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Front staff (Ms Xu) excellent. Large room. Close to ATC Hall for event. Breakfast buffet good but would be better if one or two dishes changed from day to day.

Restaurant not open for dinner. Great bar but closed. Limited restaurant options in area. Izakaya next door is only just passable. ATC Hall restaurants lower than average. Prince Hotel restaurants next door would need reservations since nothing else around so usually full.

Breakfast was excellent. Convenient to the Trade Center.

No restaurant for lunch or dinner. Signage to find the hotel. (Our taxi driver couldn't find the entrance.)

It was close to the World Expo Modern large room They sent my luggage

It was so expensive ,Except of one Nepali front desk man , non of them at the front desk knew even basic English. The exchange rate at the machine was ridiculously high.The room - huge but could have been divided better Beds not so comfortable Overall very good

The location is the best for who have their business at Intex Osaka. It's very convenience to wake up and walk a bit to go there. The room is larger than I thought, very clean and comfortable. The conceirge is kind enough to allow us to keep our luggages at the hotel after check-out time till our business is done in the evening, that is very helpful to us. There is an Airport limousine bus stop at the hotel beside, so it's perfect for doing business and then go to the airport at last.

Very modern, chic and cheery. HUGE room. SoMuch space for bags! Tub! Nice varied, healthy buffet breakfast. Walkable location not too far from the metro stop. Perfect for Isaka World Fair!

Bed was way too hard for my preference (pillow top would have been nice). Wish there had been a gym.
