There was a thick layer of dust in bathroom air vent. Room was I'm need of a deep cleaning.

Since we were moving from another hotel, they held our bags before check in. Very close to train stops and convenience stores.

Old, dirty carpet & beds were extremely uncomfortable! Could feel every spring in the mattress

I loved how wonderful the staff was very kind and accommodating. I really wanted to rate this higher as location was so amazing but the bathroom with mold just was uncomfortable…

In all honesty the staff was an amazing and outside was nice and inviting. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty there was black mold all over the bathroom it felt uncomfortable and the room was smaller than I predicted.

It's very close to all the major train lines, and a very short walk to any major locations.

Very small room, every time you used the shower, the sink will all over the counter, there was mold on the bathroom and doors, the AC didn't work that well.

The location is across one of Nagahoribashi's exits so it is convenient for travelers. It is a bit far going to Dotonbori but a few minutes walk to Shinsaibashi is not bad. I recommend this area fpr solo travelers.

If you are staying with 2 people, you would definitely need a bigger room or 2 separate rooms.

Oldder hotel, wallpaper was stained and had clear marks of where food and other fluids were spilt

Hotel was generally in very good location. Service was helpful and friendly.

The WiFi in hotel was not good. During day or at the morning it was ok however when More people was i hotel at the evening/night than wifi was almost not working.

1. Hotel location close to subway 2. I can leave baggage at the hotel before checkin time3. Easy to checkin. Just showing the booking and passport.4. Hotel staff is very nice and kind.5. Elevator is very fast. We didn't wait it longtime to pick us up/down. And i like the smell in elevator.6. Room is clean.7. Hotel has a peaceful environment even it is close to the traffic road. Good.

it is a good location, not too far away from dotonbori if that’s your destination and there are train station entrances everywhere. the staff is very helpful.

it was a decent hotel but the price is high for everything included. most hotels at this price include a bunch of amenities and this one came w one toothbrush. lol i don’t appreciate that for the amount of money paid.

This was a really awful place to stay. The rooms were dated an old. The bed were too small and the staff were rude and unhelpful

Like: close proximity to dotonburi. Close access to train station. Dislikes: not being made aware that the breakfast buffet area was not in service. Microwaves in lobby only. Dim lobby lighting. minimal amenities.

Good location, close to everything but far from crowded spots. Location-wise would recommend! The hotel is a bit old and the room very small but all in all good quality-price ratio.

Hotel is a little dated, they use keys rather than key cards and only give you one. The walls in the room had marks and the bathroom was smaller than the normal japan hotel bathrooms. Walls were thin, could hear people talking in the hallways. Bed was comfy and clean which was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed it. Fridge was extremely cold, my bottle of water became frozen and there was no nozzle to adjust. Location was great as it was right outside an underground plaza linked to the train station, with a bit of a walk. If you are choosing between this and another, I'd recommend others.

Very close to nagahoribashi station, just right infront, alot konbini nearby, in the station alot restaurant as well, clean and look new, they have taxi booking as well, hotel lobby have weighing machine

Room quite small, bath tub small, can heard random sport cars acceleration sounds, toilet bowl always auto flushing its really annoying and cannot be switch off

How cheap it was.

The WiFi didn’t work. The beds were rock hard and springy. There was mould in the bathroom. The walls were super thin. Had to sign a waiver saying the hotel wouldn’t be liable if the cleaners stole something. That says it all really.
