The location was awesome! Very close to the Osaka Castle

The rooms smelled. Bed linen had hair on it. Neighboring rooms were noisy

It was very nice. Everything was wonderful. The coin laundry was especially helpful for a budget traveller.

The shower in my room had a beam running through it. Unavoidable in the more compact hotels with the earthquake situation here, but it was pretty short. And no view from my window (brick wall) but that too is unavoidable.

Very convenient location. Closed to metro station, convenient stores (with atm), and walkable distance to Osaka Castle. Comfy bed and helpful staff.

the location was excellent! it was really close to the train station, as well as a few restaurants and konbinis. it’s also a walking distance to osaka castle. the bed and amenities were also great, and the staff has been super helpful with luggage delivery.

it was difficult to adjust the AC unit in the room, so it was a bit uncomfortable trying to sleep when we couldn’t adjust the room temp to be cooler.

The location of the hotel is great with almost direct proximity of the underground. A lot of restaurants around. And Osaka castle short walking distance away. Room was nice and big, overlooking the crossing. Breakfast also with a lot of choice.

Great location! Very near to the subway stop exit and was reasonably priced.

The double room was very small didn’t have heaps of space for two large suitcases. The bathroom ventilator fan was not working so showers definitely increased the humidity of the bedroom.

Staff were friendly and helpful, catering to our needs on multiple occasions. The location was close to some amazing restaurants and an awesome bakery. Also very close to the train station.

The room looked very different from the pictures online. When we arrived there was dirt and stains on the wall. The wall paper was peeling in multiple places. The photos online DO NOT represent what you actually get. I was quite disappointed and shocked when the room looked so much worse than the pictures online. We complained and were offered a different room, but that room had wall paper peeling as well and dark stains in the bathroom. The rooms felt dirty. The price per night was cheap, but guests beware the quality of the rooms match the price.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was at central location and easily commute to interesting places. The hotel also just few steps from Metro Station (Tanimachi 4 Chome Station) exit 4 and walkable to the Osaka Castle. Family Mart, 7/11, cafe, resto are all around the hotel.

Good. Near to all the required stores.

Washing machine & dryer are limited. People tend to leave their laundry inside. I tried drying my clothes for an hour. Still wet I had to resort to walking to a laundry shop to wash and dry them. Another down point, the air conditioner is not cold ag all we had to sleep with the window opened. The floor carpet is very dirty and full of dust.

Staff are super kind. Leaving luggage was extremely helpful to us and the staff even moved our luggage to our room whilst we were out.

Location is close to Osaka castle and has a metro right beside it. Around an hour walk to main city of Osaka

Very small cramped room

the staff were great and very helpful.

The room was quite warm, the air-conditioning did not work. We were told to open the window, but it was too noisy from the vehicles outside.

The hotel is very old. There is strange smell in the toilet

Excellent location, great price, staff were amazingly friendly. The room was a decent size compared to other similar hotels in Japan!

The rooms were basic but based on the price they were excellent and you couldn’t fault it.

Everything was brilliant besides the fact that room is very small thus is hard to manipulate and organize your suit-cases. But we spent only 4 days here, room was truly clean, staff was great and helpful and every day we recieved new towels haha. Plus the hotel is few steps from metro station! Definitely good value for your money

Not very spacious room

Very nice hotel in central Osaka, near to the Osaka Metro Station and not far from the JR lines. The location is good and near all the services/shops needed. The staff was nice and the room clean and very spacious. Will definitely book again there.

It's very central and the people were really nice. You felt comfortable and everything was really nicely furnished.

There is a very large gap under the door. That's why you could hear everything in the corridor.
