Just a bit far away from most of city activity

Location 30-40 min away from pretty much anything. Shuttle to Osaka Station twice hourly but seating was first come first serve, so could get bumped if too many people waiting or who had chits. Extra hour+ daily commuting. Also, hour shuttle to airport.

The hotel is visually impressive and well maintained. The room was spacious, modern, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. Receiving Uber Eats directly in the room was very convenient, and the free shuttle to Osaka Station was efficient despite the hotel being far from the city center.

Streaming apps on the TV were blocked, leaving only Japanese TV channels. The bathroom lighting was too dim for basic tasks such as shaving or applying makeup. The indoor pool lacked a leisure atmosphere: the area was cold, the water temperature was insufficient, and there was no food or drink service.

The staff were fantastic and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, well set up, and serviced beautifully every day. The hotel was spotless throughout, with a stunning interior that felt calm and welcoming. The staff were the absolute highlight of our stay, consistently friendly, accommodating, and professional.

The quality of the food at the all-you-can-eat restaurant was a little disappointing. We had dinner there once and didn’t enjoy the food as much as expected. A clean, comfortable hotel with excellent staff and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel was beautiful and the amount of facilities available was amazing. Checking in was smooth and I liked how the airport limousine dropped me off right at the main entrance.

The bathroom lightning for my room was not good sadly. The lighting was yellowish and dim, almost too outdated. The rest of the room was very nice since it was renovated so hopefully they can renovate or upgrade the bathrooms soon too! The hotel is also ways out from the nearest train station so there is some possible walking involved. But honestly I enjoyed the walks to and from the station.

Loved how clean and attentive the hotel was, had a lot of restaurants downstairs as well but were pricey! Only downside is that it’s a bit far away from downtown Osaka but they offer shuttles straight to Osaka station. For any Uber Eats the food will take around 40-50 mins but it wasn’t a main issue. Overall great and comfortable stay!

If you want to use the outdoor pool, you need to book and pay a fee of 3000¥ (4000¥ on WE).Indoor pool you can book for free, but you need a swimming cap.If you want to store luggage for a few hours after check-out, they charge you 1000¥ per piece (at least during the world expo) - this practice really shocked me in a 5* hotel where I spent 4 nights

Beautiful clean large room modern,

location nothing near hotel hotel. No restaurants, no train station. To use the pool required reservation and a steep fee poor value

The hotel was very well kept. You walk to or take a short walk to catch a tram to the Cosmosquare station.

I was not able to go into the Kids Playroom on the 28th floor to take a look at the view.

Beautiful, fairly spacious room with a nice bath and shower. And comfortable beds.

The shuttle bus stop at JR Osaka Station was difficult to locate. It would be helpful to have more frequent bus services as well. I couldn’t find the stop, so I tried calling the hotel several times. The line was busy at first, and after 5 p.m., an automated message said it was outside business hours. (I was lucky enough to find the top on my own.)

Beautiful facility. Very comfortable room and bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Close to public transit. Shuttle is helpful to the Cosmosquare Stop. Perfect location if you are attending Expo 2025 - very close by subway.

Excellent except very far from downtown Osaka. There is a hotel shuttle to Osaka Station that takes about 30 minutes. I’m not sure why you would stay here if you are visiting Osaka except for an event or conference - it is in the portlands and nothing around.

I wanted to take the hotel shuttle from JR Osaka Station, but I couldn’t find detailed information about the bus stop on the hotel’s website. I tried calling the number listed, but the automated message kept saying the line was busy and to call back later. After hours, the message changed to say no one was available to take calls.Fortunately, I eventually found the bus stop, but I really wish there had been a direct number to reach the bell desk or front desk for help. It was a frustrating experience. That said, once I arrived at the hotel, everything was excellent. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, too.
