Pros +
- Close from subway station and airport very quite neighbor
- This is the last station on our family trip. It is a 5-minute walk from the station and 2 stations away from the airport.
- Friendly staff, nice room, close to train station
Cons -
- No one can speak in english very well
- The room is big enough for one queen and two single setups. As we are a family of four, I will need to sleep with my son instead of my wife during this stay, while she will be sleeping with our daughter. If possible, add this option for guests.

Friendly staff, nice room, close to train station
Chose this location to make early flight out of KIX less stressful in the morning. Did the trick, plus the room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in staff was charming and so helpful - wish I got her name.
Close to the station, amazing staff, especially Aiyamada!
Perfect location, walking distance to airport and train station, basic facilities but clean and comfortable with plenty of dining options in the vicinity.

Brand new hotel, everything was very new and clean. Short 5 min walk from the station. Beds were very hard if I am being honest. Maybe people like super rock hard beds, but found it hard to sleep.
Location and staff
Close to the train station.
The room could be better with one more chair and a table.
Close to the airport, cosy for a night there.
Staff
No housekeeping
I love how spacious the bedroom is! Having stayed at several hotels in Japan, I can definitely say that space is a rare luxury
Wonderful hotel. I suspect I got it EXCEPTIONALLY cheap because I wouldn't have been surprised if it cost 5× as much
