Easy check in process. Very close to the train station. Clean spacious space with comfortable bed. Perfect hotel for an overnight stay to get to the airport next day. Highly recommended if there is an early morning flight to catch from Kansai.

Three stations from Kansai airport. Good staying for those who arrive at night and do not want to go to Osaka immediately.

Nice and close to the train station. I booked to have a rest day before we left to make it easier to get to the airport. Was neat and tidy. We didn't need anything big or fancy just somewhere comfortable.

Close to KIX airport, located in the local area. The heater works well. They have bathub too

It just too cramped for two people. Luckily I booked three rooms for each of us because it's too cramped.

Slightly smoke smelling in room Bad sound insulation, could hear next doors alarm going off for 15 mins at 5am - lots of early movement and doors slamming with it being an airport hotel so shame it’s not well sound proofed!

It was a comfortable place for me to rest before I flew to Korea the next morning. Within walking distance of the station for a quick trip to the airport.

The hotel is located just 2 stations away from the airport. And walking distance from the train station in less than 5 mins.

Look like the hotel has been around for a while.

24 hour reception was a good send and late check-in until midnight was very handy as my flight was delayed for a couple hours so knowing that I could still reach my hotel and check in so late was reassuring.

Everything was of good quality: comfort cleanliness and breakfast.

The location is near airport and station. The room was clean and worth for it price.

The hotel facility is a little bit old but it was still in good condition. However, there is few activity to do around hotel area.

Room was kid of ok, but outside, hall and everything extremely old and rundown.

Despite various attempts to cancel the same reservation done by my husband because he never received a confirmation email. Hence I booked and now we have ended paying twice for that night. English language not known by front desk staff Despite calling booking.com via them they confirmed they will not charge..but we got charged!! Which is not right!very dissapointed ?

Comfortable bed. 25 minute walk to one train station five minutes to another. Small but suitable

The location is good which just 2 station from KIX airport. It is kind of budget but you still get what you expect.
