Bare cement walls may look "modern" but aren't appealing. Might be a little hard to find at first, but I always have difficulties in Umeda!

Great location near all major shopping and transport, bed was comfortable and slightly larger than other hotels in Japan. Plenty of information available in lobby and staff were friendly.
Room smelt of cigarettes and the lighting was poor in the room. Walls were thin and hallway echoed so you can hear other people coming back to the hotel late at night.
This place is so conveniently close to the enormous Osaka station that traveling around was a breeze. The staff were very friendly and could handle my broken English and Japanese. The heating was great for the middle of winter, and because the entrance is tucked around the corner from the main street it's nice and quiet inside, and my room was free of any blaring lights or traffic noises at night. The free matcha tea was a nice touch.

The hotel is very close to Osaka Station, and the rome is exceptionally clean, with an excellent toilet and bathroom.
The position of the hotel is perfect, close to Umeda Station. The room was ok.
I found a bandaid attached to the door peephole. I showed the picture at the reception and they asked me to remove it. I didn't remove it, it was not mine... The bed was clean.

The rooms are ANTI - COZY. The walls in the room are just gray concrete. Very depressing. I only stayed one night and I didn’t wanna be in a room for any minute. Room has all amenities and hotel stuff is nice. But interior and hotel appearance kills it all. Very depressing

Very close to stations, business center and shopping. Everything is spotlessly clean. Rooms fairly big, above average size for the area. High-speed wired internet available in addition to Wi-Fi, great for work.
Everything is rather old. TV is very small. A little more space on the desk would be nice. Physical key (not card) must be left at desk whenever you leave the room. Very strict about no visitors to rooms and very little meeting space in lounge.
It’s close to the bus station and major attractions are within 5-10 minute walk

I liked the friendly atmosphere of stay, the Japanese authentic feeling of the hotel. The room small but sufficient for everything for your stay.
