Location is very convenient.

Carpet in the room was terrible. I have seen cleaner floors in a public bathroom. I see they had changed the carpet in some rooms but my room was really bad...

Excellent Location, close to Shin-Osaka Station, staff was very friendly and it was overall value for money.

The location is simply perfect! In our stay in Osaka, we wanted to be close to a train station that allowed us to go early to places such as Himeji, Hiroshima and Nara, without needing to wake up super early. This Hotel was close to the station so it helped us. Besides there are supermarkets nearby was well. The staff is nice.

The room and bathroom was a bit smaller than I thought... For two people my room felt a bit small. But still the bed was good.

The place is centrally located by the train station so that you can get anywhere you need to go also there's a coffee shop within the hotel.

The room was very comfortable and clean, even spacious for two people. Location was amazing, very close to a train and metro station, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff was very nice to provide assistance when possible.

Noise, there's a railroad crossing right behind the hotel so the alarm would sound every few minutes. If you're out of the hotel for the most part, that wouldn't be an issue, but my friend was sick and bedridden, so they had to get used to the sound.

Reception cant talk with english. I have some problem about exhaust fan in bathroom. Its look likes not working. We try to tell reception to solve the problem. They tell us exhaust fan is too low fan in some room. I want hotel try to solve or fix exhaust fan. Everything is good but exhaust fan is too bad. Moisture in bathroom is too much that i think my lung is not good when i stay in bathroom or the room cause exhaust fan is low or not working.

So they clean your room once in three days, also elevators do not require the key of your room in order to go up ,so any stranger can get into the hotel so they have issues with the safety . I was living in the corner room, and my Wi-Fi was so bad that I couldn’t even send some messages. Also, I could hear some conversations in the neighbor room.

I stayed here for one night. The hotel was easy to find from the train station, and I had a quick check-in thanks to the staff. My room was small, but I slept well and enjoyed using the provided robe (a fun treat!) and the buffet style breakfast was very filling and tasty. I was able to leave my luggage while exploring the city for a few hours after checkout as well.

Sometimes I smell cigarette smoke even inside the room (non-smoking type).

The connection to public transportation is good. Two train stations (JR and Hankyu line) are just outside the hotel. And Shin Osaka station is within walking distance.

But the room seems so run down. The toilet has the loudest flush sound like a jet plane. The room isn’t sound proof either. You could hear people talking from the elevator (my room was in the corner side of the building). The internet isn’t good either.They only cleaned the room every 3 days, though they will give you new towels everyday. And I found a pile of dust under my bed.The back area of the hotel seems to be a red district. Men will scout guests on the street. So if you travel with family, this isn’t an ideal location.

The beds were comfortable and the plentiful staff were friendly and helpful. Good location on the main metro line linking Shin Osaka and the popular Namba and Umeda areas.

Room ventilation was centrally controlled with three settings - warm, hot, and very hot. If you took a shower, the bathroom would stay humid all night long. Windows did open, but the metro, road and pedestrian crossing noise is loud. The level we were on had corridors and door frames that were really low. We are tall, but not NBA tall, so be aware of this if you are anywhere near 6 feet tall.And the bathroom, while clean, was so small we couldn't sit on the loo straight!

Location to trains & variety of food places. Price, Bed, wifi, amenities, staff, etc.... Some things I didn't use because of time like the tv, restaurant so I can't speak to that. Overall it was mostly good.

The size of room and toilet but that is mainly because i'm 6 foot 5.

Air vent in bathroom didn’t work. Room got stuffy due to bathroom and had to use the fan in the bedroom to air out the entire room.

The best part was the location. It's right across Nishi Nakajima Minamigata Station's exit 2 on Midosuji Line, which is one station away from the bullet train and around a 15-minute-ride from Namba Station. It was easy to get to the hotel and easy to move around.The staff were very kind and polite, and breakfast included several dishes.We got a double room on 11th floor. It was quite comfortable for two people with one backpack each.

There was only one thing I did not like, and that is why my rating is not higher. There was a hair string in the bed, near the pillow. Everything else was very clean.
