Quiet and next to train

Room doesn?t not have a phone or mirrors

Very convenient, spacious, and close to transit.

The pillows were too soft.

This is a very nice hotel for tourist, rooms are comfortable and modern, staff was very nice, there are restaurants surrounding the hotel and also train and subway station

The do the clean after 5 days

Very clean, just a 1–2 minute walk to the subway and a large, reasonably priced food mart. The hotel has a lounge with unlimited free coffee, juices, and other drinks. The room is well-designed and comfortable.

breakfast was amazing, i love the coupon they gave me. everyone was super nice and helpfully where they could! got upgraded for free so that was extra special!

i think location was a little out of the way. but that doesn’t really matter since transportation is so easy

The staff are amazing and the hospitality is fantastic. My flight was delayed and I needed to check in after 10 p.m., but they responded quickly and provided excellent assistance. The room is cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed in a Japanese style. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, making travel incredibly convenient. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back 100%!

Its very close to the train station and convenient store. Less than a minute. There are local restaurants that are cheap but good

You cant’ control the thermostat on a certain date when winter comes. It was hot in our room and we wanted to turn down the temperature but you can’t become the hotel have their own schedule. Which is very inconvenient for people who doesn’t like their room hot.

Great location, in a blue collar neighbourhood that's easily accessible from KIX airport (get out at Tengachaya, than walk 10 mins) - nice local restaurants nearby, quiet neighbourhood. But within 2 stops you're at Namba, the heart of Osaka.

I was there mid November and the hotel had notes that the heating & cooling was centrally arranged. The rooms are very small, a little smaller than APA hotel. Which is fine, i know this beforehand and i don't intend to stay in the room other than sleeping. But such a tiny room, and the heating was turned on for the majority of the day AND night. Meant a literal hotbox that's uncomfortable to be in. Despite yo having desk space to work with a laptop in your room. So that was not nice. I didn't bother the staff with this since they can't help this either. And i had to open the window before bed to cool down the room a lot. Other than that, because the AC was on the whole day (either in heating , or during the day cooling mode) there was a layer of dust built up every night i returned to the room. This is a problem in a lot of Japanese establishments where dust easily forms as they don't seem to keep their AC sytsems cleaned up well. As a frequent traveller to Japan (4 months a year for 17 years) this has been my observation.

the rooms has a bit of amenities that were pretty useful

the breakfast options were very limited and wasn't as good on the second day of the stay in comparison to the first. the rooms were very comfortable however they were smaller than expected in comparison to the photos online.

Clean and with nice amenities, roomy and right next to the metro.

Convenient to the station so you could get into town quickly but still stay in a residential area away from tourists.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel there is a family mart right next to the hotel and a supermarket across the street, the room size as expected to Japan hotel room standard sizes, the trim and the hotel were clean and smells nice. Highly recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice and calm. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were nice.

Staff are very accommodating. The hotel is very nice, modern, clean, smells good, and is near to the train station.

Small space for fixing your luggages.

Location is right in front of a metro station. Very convenient to go anywhere in the city by metro. Room is clean & bigger than what I can get at any APA hotel chain. Front office people are very helpful & friendly. Will stay there again next time

Would prefer a western style bed. I have tatami style bed.

Clean and modern place in perfect location. Comfy bed, nice shower, and super friendly and professional staff. Totally recommended. Excellent experience overall.
