The room is bigger than a standard business hotel room.It also seems new and the toilet and bath are separated which is different from a standard business hotel.The breakfast could have been better though although for the price that we paid, it should be fine.

Breakfast was nice, bedding was soft, the bathroom was clean, and the sleep wear was comfy. The toiletries and additional items were easy to access by the elevator. Check in was seamless and very straight forward. Despite there being construction next door, the room was very sound proof and quiet.

Other than the bathroom, the room seemed a bit dated . The air conditioner also had a dripping stain and was very dusty. When the air conditioner was turned on there was a mold like smell coming in. We confirmed this by turning off the air conditioner and realizing the smell went away. The lighting in the pictures given on the booking site were very different than what we experienced. The lighting was very yellow and dim specifically in the washroom.

Good location, good reviews, breakfast, reasonable cost

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days which is fine but in our case there was unknown hair left in many spots like the floor and bed after cleaning was performed. It was definitely not our hair. Bathroom sink is low to the ground.

Size of the room was decent by Japanese standards. Staff were polite and helpful. Quiet area yet close enough to Namba and Dotonbori.

No view from the room. Breakfast could have have more options. Construction noise next door was not made clear when booking.

The staff, location, and cleanliness of everything! We were also able to leave our luggage before and after check out, which was convenient.

Unfortunately, our bed was uncomfortable for us. It was too firm for our liking and had a harder center (it may have been two beds pushed together).

Clean, and quiet with comfortable beds and convenient breakfast. Close to subway lines, excellent shopping and restaurants. Staff courteous and helpful.

The room was clean

The staff did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate with them about cleaning our room or sending our luggage to the next hotel. At the end all was resolved but it was unnecessary difficult.We had to have a sign in the room that said that we want it to be cleaned and didn’t had one. At first the desk representative didn’t understand that it was missing and we needed to wait for another one.

It’s close to shopping district, public transportation facilities, and grocery stores. The room is clean, and there’s a coin-laundry place nearby

Great experience here. About 7-10 minute walk from the subway, so not right next to it, but close enough for comfort. Breakfast was fine - some hot food and then some bread/rolls (with a toaster!) and jam. Enough to get you going in the morning, and then lots of close by restaurants/stores if needed. Rooms were pretty spacious and well equipped. Bath/shower were specifically great! Tables in front of the provider always open to sit in.

The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and big by Japanese standards. The internet and all other facilities in the room were working properly. Having a subway station within walking distance is an advantage. There are also convenience stores nearby.

Breakfast was terrible. Do not spend your money, just do breakfast on your own. Location was a brisk 15 minute walk to Dotombori, not bad but could be closer.

Location was quite good, very close to the Crista underground walkway and Shinsaibashi mall. Many eateries close by. The bathroom has wet and dry areas which was a nice touch.

It was in such an excellent location. The room was a good size and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Room was bigger than expected, and the shower and bathroom area was large and nice to have after staying in smaller rooms earlier in our trip. The location is right next to the major shopping streets and nightlife. Great hotel!

The location of this hotel is the best as it is located near two railway providers but not JR if you are looking at Jr pass but they can still accept card, the quiet location and really near and walkable to shisanbaishi and dotonbori! So if you are looking to shop and walk a lot every night this is the place to stay! The staff has been very helpful but the breakfast option is quite limited, hope that they can expand the option.Other feedback is that they should include one more pillow for the double bed and the pillow feels like it needs more volume and the bed is quite hard.. the room can be small but hey if they can fix the additional pillow and softer bed this can be the best hotel around!

Stayed here fresh off our flight from Aus before travelling further afield.Semi spacious room with twin beds & good sized bathroom.Friendly reception accommodating to our late arrival & request for rooms (3) near each other.Discounted rate due to construction near by that made no difference to our 1 night stay.
