The staff were great! The location of the hotel is great!

The only thing noticed is the restroom smelled a little like urine.

I liked the organic feel, soft wood and the nice fragrance in the hallway when you get off elevator

The carpet in my room was a little dirty and the wall had dirt and foot prints on it. Bathroom had a slight sewer smell.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and had a fair sized room for a small Japanese hotel.

The toilet was quite small for a hotel, certainly useable, but didn’t seem to fit the standard of the other appliances.

The staff is supper friendly and patient it was my first time in Japan so I struggled to communicate but they did offer to speak English I just wanted to try my Japanese. The location couldn’t be better you’re just a street over from Namba station a short 10 minute walk from dotonbori and theirs a 24 hr laundry just 2 buildings down.

Good location to stay, near OCAT bus station and not far from namba area. The facilities are great as well as the staff!

Last year we were able to do laundry inside hotel but this year we can’t do it inside hotel so that is what we are not comfortable to go out at laundry area if we need to do it at late night.

It met my expectations and was comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. I only stayed one night but it was a pleasant stay.

It was surprisingly more spacious than I imagined. We were three ppl and six bags and were able to make it work. Location is great too

The rooms were small but clean. The beds were comfortable

There is not the opportunity to check in early so if you want to leave your bags you have to do so in an open area

Clean, close to amenities and friendly staff. Communal Kitchen is available if you want to cook.

Value is high base on room space. Room is kinda tight.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is perfect - a short walk to both Namba stations in an area with more restaurants than you could ask for.

The hotel has nice location with combini and train station. Everything you need is in your room.

Double bed room means two bed located one over another. Windows are blurry, with "wall view".

Location location location. Steps away from coin wash laundry. Close to the subway, grocery store, Family Mart, OCAT if you’re looking to take an airport bus

Our room was a tiny bit small, but otherwise a wonderful stay. The hallways smelled a bit musty, maybe from the humidity/air circulation? But the room was fine

Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice public space with free tea, water and coffee.

There was a musty smell to the room and towels. The upper bunk mattress was hard.

The staff are very nice and helpful, the even prepared a cute surprise as we were on our honeymoon, the room was clean and well equipped. The location was incredible in my opinion, we almost did use public transportation in our trip to Osaka. Close to Namba Station, to Dotonbori, and to other shrines in the area.

The room was upgraded to a bigger room, but still was very small, if you are near the end of your trip and might need more space this might not be for you.

It was quiet, clean and well appointed. The staff was kind and helpful! My room was comfortable and provided all I needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area provided many options for food, shopping and transportation. Great experience.
