I like the staff! They are so polite to us! And welcoming!And the room is beautiful! I have the best experience

Actually, no. But if they could clean the floor mat on the way to the hotel room, that would be perfect. It has a little dust and a small scratch, but everything else was really good — just a small area to improve.

Good location next to the train station with easy access to the airport, nice spacious room and nice price. Bed was very comfortable

The hotel is about 32 years old and it shows: old card system, wore down carpet and some damages on the wall

Its a standard big hotel in Japan, I was going to Osaka Expo it was close but took the metro and got lost in Namba station exchange.

The other facilities like Spa, gym and pool which I did not have chance to visit.

Location was very convenient for Sakai and it was very well priced

The photos implied that they was a span and pool but there wasn't

The property is clean, the staff is very polite and the location is decent. The staff was extra helpful for when we needed to unexpectedly replace broken luggage and needed to dispose of the old luggage. Next to a train station. You can board the train and transfer to other stations to get where you need. Very convenient. There is an entertainment center with arcade, bowling and karaoke across the street. There’s a pathway to walk near the harbor and see a lighthouse. There’s a small mall nearby.

The hotel is older and the AC had problems working. Sometimes would wake up from how hot it got.

Immediately next to the Sakai train station. The room was very large for a double. Dinner buffet was good value and lots of choice.

The room could use some updating, as the carpet was a little worn and the bathroom fixtures old-fashioned. Check-in took a very long time.

Breakfast is awesome, variety , convenient , close to airport if you need to take a flight in the morning.

Staff wasn’t friendly much when asking for any information such as taxi or change the to different room etc . The bathroom is old. Toilet is too noisy ?.

Fantastic view from the upper floors (19). Biggest bathroom I have seen in Japan , and the room itself was spacious too. There is also a buffet restaurant at a reasonable price in the hotel, but I didn't eat there. 3 minutes walk to Sakai station from where the airport express takes 30 to 40 minutes to Kansai airport.

Fantastic classy hotel, fifteen minutes from downtown Osaka, 30 minutes by train from Kansai Airport. The train station is 5 minutes from the hotel on foot, the rooms are very large, the view stunning, breakfast is fabulous... recommended!

Breakfast spread was very very generous and of high standard. Location right next to and connected to station was super convenient! Many eateries and supermarket and shops there too.

Great location with a train station, supermarket, shopping mall, pharmacy, and everything you need at doorstep. The staff is willing to help.

The hotel is a bit old although everything is still functioning well. Unable to check-in early but they offer free luggage storage.

Areas for Improvement:The 25th floor restaurant experience was particularly concerning. Finding an unlit, apparently closed floor with minimal signage or explanation was both confusing and unsettling. Better communication about restaurant hours and closures would have been helpful.Room service was unfortunately unavailable despite multiple attempts to place an order. Thank you for the upgrade! Staff were always attentive and helpful. Like the location, just at Sakai Station. You can access to the hotel without getting wet on a rainy day. One stop to Aeon Mall is a plus.

The ambience is very good, easy to get on the nankai line to go to the airport. Convenience store nearby.

The bidet water pressure was lower and flush wasnt working well.

A bit old, outdated

Large room. Nice view. Many mirrors. Kettle and fridge in the room.

All facilities are old, worn off and not very clean. Bad water temperature adjustment, poor water pressure in the shower. Cleaning service was very poor, the same dirt in the corner stayed for all 3 days, some trash was not taken out. Toilet was very cold. Pillows were very small. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe. Compared to other hotels in Japan, this was very mediocre or even poor.

Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, nice big bathroom with separate shower and large tub with jets. Complimentary treats and room service was excellent, staff was very good and helpful

Wi-fi was weak or non-excitant in room, only OK in lobby.
