Location is excellent.

The staff are doing the best they can. I cannot resist the feeling, the upper management is absolutely disconnected with reality. The hotel feels neglected, without an owner. Visitors from some Asian countries exhibited absolutely despicable behavior.

The train station in the basement was convenient and it had a shuttle service to Osaka station that was awesome.

However the carpet in the room was gross and it really should be made clear that the pool is not included in your stay. That was not made clear until after booking and I purposely searched for a hotel with a pool so be aware.

The rooms were spacious

The pool had an extra charge to use per person, and they were of people with tattoos.

It¿s clean and staffs were nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel operates free shuttle buses to Osaka station every 4 -10 minutes which was convenient.

I wish the shuttle bus runs til 10:30 or 11pm instead of 10:15pm.

moved to smaller room after first two days and it was too small so moved back to standard room for a small fee per day.

The rooms were amazing! We had a suite with two double beds and a sitting area in the west wing.

There wasnt much to do around the hotel, but it is perfect if you are traveling to the Osaka International Convention Center, which is directly next door.

they couldnt understand me properly when i asked to replace the standard bed quilt as the daughter was sick and vomitted. the quilt was replaced with a woollen sheet overnight . i asked the lobby staff and the cleaning staff to replace with the standard blanket like the other bed but for the whole stay got stuck with a thin woollen sheet :( even though full room service to change was asked

Great stay for families. The hotel is in a very convenient location, not far from Osaka Station, and close to the Floating Sky Bridge, which was nice to visit. The rooms are spacious, especially for a family with kids, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Overall, a pleasant and practical hotel in Osaka.

The room was booked through booking.com for the family with 2 kids , breakfast was included. They wanted us to pay for kids even though the breakfast was included for 4 of us.

The room was spacious, the beds were large (not the typical small bed you see in the usual Japan hotels). The location was a bit far train stations, though there is a shuttle bus going to and fro to the train stations. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We felt safe during our stay in this hotel.

The location is not great. You have to think about a cab almost everything. I had booked for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids (12/17) with breakfast. At check in they said breakfast was not included. Once I showed the booking they agreed. About the room also it was same. I had booked a king suite but 1 single bed was given for 17 year old and one king size for 1 2 adults and 12 year old. First they asked me to pay for extra bed. Again after showing the booking they agreed to provide it for free.

Nice hotel and affordable. Paid for laundry to be done and it was worth it! Beautifully taken care of. Luggage transfer was helpful as well.

Very elegant feel to the property. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location is convenient when there’s a conference at the convention center.

The service was worse than my previous stay. At check in, I was asked if I needed full housekeeping service (cleaning and exchanging towels, etc) and I said yes. But, there was no housekeeping service. I tried to call, but the phone didn’t work at all. The AI chat didn’t understand what I requested. Finally, I had to call the hotel by my iPhone.

My iPhone charging cable broke, and I was very grateful to the Concierge for loaning me another cable.The variety of restaurants was great.

The room was pretty small.
