Toyoko Inn Osaka Bentencho

Good location, close to train station. Loved the breakfast. Our room and common areas are clean. Great value for the price.

We felt that the mattress is a bit hard for us.

13th floor view and big windows which you can open completely. You have breakfast, it's good. Also, you have a station nearby from which you can get anywhere in the city. Really good value for the price.

Everything was very tidy, the staff was very friendly and polite, the check in was fast and also the check out. The train station is close and you have a seven eleven in the next corner. Breakfast is delicious.

Everything was pretty good

Small bedroom but well equipped and close to metro station. Mattress quality needs to be improved. We stayed only 3 nights to visit universal studios and didn't get good sleep.

The room was satisfactory and the check-in/check-out procedure was very smooth and easy with little need to interact with the staff.

The breakfast was just onigiri. Unfortunately, I don't eat rice, so that meant there was nothing for me to eat other than soup. There was also no toothbrush or comb in the room.

Very good budgethotel, great location close to station Bentencho.Rooms were very clean.Breakfast was tasty. There were different kinds of onigiri, you can heat the brioche, it´s very good!Everyone from the staff was very friendly and helpfull.The wifi however wasn´t always stable and often the connection was lost.The beds were a bit hard to sleep in (both matress and pillow).

The breakfast. Compared to other Toyoko Inn, they don’t serve rice meals. Only seaweeds with rice. And no butter for the breads.

The breakfast was always the same thing I hate onigiri now because all my breakfast was onigiri.

very strategic hotel near bentencho station. have parking for those come with car. also have very friendly staff.

The friendly staffs assisted us during early morning luggage drop off and late night check-in. We were kinda late for the breakfast and there are not much soup available but the lady working at the kitchen is kind enough to immediately cook some wonton soup for us!

The evening clerk was very helpful to assist me with coin laundry even if I don't speak Japanese

The facilities were to my pleasure really clean, and the breakfast is simple but good. I also really liked how tidy and well-equipped the bathroom was in terms of functionality. For an equivalent room in the states for this price, there's just no comparison - this is one of the cleanest budget hotels I've been in.

If you have a bad back, beware: the mattresses are ridiculously firm/hard. They had no spare blankets to lend out for padding either, so they lent me some thinner covers and I just tried layering that, but it was pretty uncomfortable still, and I didn't sleep well. I also was stuck with a smoking room even though I requested not to be because apparently all the non-smoking rooms were taken, and the smell was pretty strong, so if you're sensitive to cigarette smoke be careful.
