The breakfast
The hotel was central to what I needed, and relatively close to Shin-Imamiya Station. The hotel's breakfast was a simple buffet style, with some nice choices and adequate. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were conveniently on the ground floor, and were easy to use.
There was nothing that could be faulted. Everything was as expected. The rooms could have been bigger, but this is Metropolitan Japan. Had I shared the room with someone else, things may have been a bit squeezy, but still manageable.
Hotel’s location is perfect, few walking from both subway and JR, even Nankai station. Also it closes to Mega Donki. I was supported by getting cleaning service everyday (long stay guest), not similar like Joytel hotel nearby which the guest has to bring the trash can, putting in front of the door by themselves.
Close to a great business center, to a small mall, to the relevant train stations and was still quiet .So with great proximity to everything you want in osaka!Great service from the staff!
No room cleaning, but they provide each day new towels and a new bag for the trash. (Clean the room every three days)
Brilliant location with easy access to public transportation, tourist areas and great restaurants. All round a fantastic experience.

Excellent location in Shinsekai
Quite dirty compared to other hotels. A little smelly and not clean enough. Black mold around bathtub, dusty and dirty walls/door.
Great location : close to station and shops, a few steps to Janjan dori , Tennoji park and Tsutenkaku tower.
The lobby and laundry facilities were limited. Only 2 sets of washer/dryer for entire hotel.

This is a nice hotel in a good location, decently sized rooms, especially for Japan, and with great breakfast. The staff was nice and spoke good English.
Clean and Fantastic location. Right next to a lively street full of restaurants. Short walk to Tsutentaku Tower. Friendly staff.
Rooms are just too small. I know most hotels in Japan have small rooms but this one can get you a little claustrophobic. Really hard to open your luggage in the room because there’s not enough space.
Great location (very short walk to a few different stations). Food, shopping, parks all outside the door. Very clean and the shampoo and lotions they provide were quite nice). I have sensitive skin and my skin loved these products).
Only thing was it was a little tight when you have luggage. There was only one spot to comfortably lay it out.
Scary, Dirty, eighborhood.
The location ruined my whole stay. “The Wing International” name doesn’t fit that property. It’s located in a scary, dirty neighborhood. After being 17 days in different cities in Japan, this was the only dirty city. And after 80 days trip this property location won the DIRTIEST, UGLY LOCATION”
The location is perfect! There was a skinny guy super nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of tips about Universal Studios and he also printed our tickets.
We could not connect our netflix account on the TV. There was no place to seat and eat on the lobby.
Proximity to Trains and Shinsakai. Breakfast was fantastic. Room and bathroom were very clean.
Room was getting old and damaged and the bedding was just one winter duvet - quite hot even with the air con running.
The cleaning service only happen on the 3rd day which is very bad And the staff only provide the free bottle of water on the first day , I stayed for 5 days , why didn’t provide me the water on the balance four days ?And the room is too small for three people
