Great location
The rooms were very small and there was absolutely nowhere to leave a suitcase - never mind 2 cases.
The rooms were well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Plus the hotel was centrally located. We were able to store our luggage there for the day that we checked out so we can explore Osaka further.
Clean, great staff, easy location ; Solid 8/10 We liked free snacks and drinks in the afternoon, staff were very helpful, under bed storage and a few extra hangers would have made it a 9/10, with an added coffee machine 10/10
Staff were friendly and very polite.
The room smelled bad when I entered it and the bed had dome kind of weirdly hard surface.
Clean, good location.
Room was too small. Did not have enough room to open suit case.
Perfect location and fantastic for deposit suitcases before check-in.
Unconfortable bed, room too small and we booked a superior double room.
Great location, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was the best we have had in Japan so far, a real highlight. Nice touch offering complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks throughout the day in the communal lounge area that has a nice cozy vibe. Felt well looked after and comfortable.
Location was excellent, close to subway and train stations and within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Staff were very helpful, organised our luggage to be sent on to our next hotel. Loved having access to a washing machine and dryer.
Pillows were a bit hard and bed size is a bit smaller than we were used too. Only one washing machine and dryer, so sometimes a wait on being able to use them.
Staff were great, however unable to help with extra charges on booking.
Extra charges on arrival despite the booking saying all fees and charges were included.
Friendly staff.Room was well equipped with hair dryer, fridge, TV, kettle.Complimentary coffee and tea.Walking distance to shinsaibashi shopping area.about 10 to 15 min walk to nearest metro station.Sound proofing was good. Can't hear other rooms talking apart from some noises from people waling in the common walkway.
Room was small. There was hardly any space to space to open luggage. for a 2 persons room only 1 chair was provided for sitting.
Very clean and the hotel provided few extras also (coffee, tea, snacks) that was very thoughtful. Bed were comfortable and the hotel location was good.
Outstanding Breakfast! The best we had in Japan, clean, perfect location, staff helpful giving advise on where to eat, thanks to them we ate the best ramen ever!! Thanks, we will definitely come back!
Nothing, everything perfect
Good value, comfy beds & decent rooms.
Toilets are a challenge if over 6 foot, will need to bend for shower & mirrors
Fun place, great breakfast with various international options.
When we came in there was a small hill of bags and backpacks waiting for people to pick them up. While this is fantastic for people who leave later in the day, this blocks the waiting space if you're in line behind someone else.
Great value, modern design, good breakfast.
