Amenities at the lobby don't have shower caps, cotton tips. Bad lighting in the room. No ceramic cups or glasses are provided in the room - only disposable paper cups. There's no bin in the bathroom. Only 2 washer cum dryer machines.

Free complimentary breakfast is just okay, it's not a lot but it's good to have. Free coffee, soup and simple onigiri. Location is superb! Just beside the Yodoyabashi mrt station and there are convenience stores and even a small grocery store beside the hotel.

Room for 2 pax is really really small. We cannot open 2 luggage at the same time. However, the room for 3 pax is really spacious. The rooms are not cleaned everyday unless you put out the clean sign on your door which is fine but the deadline to put it out is at 8am so quite early. Hope they can extend it in case guests forget to put the night before or woke up a bit late.

The free breakfast was very basic onigiri with fish, but there's a supermarket a couple of doors up to get something else.

With the room set up for 3 beds, there was nowhere to put our suitcase where we could open it up. We rearranged the room so we could access our case.

Breakfast was great, good selection of American and Japanese breakfast options. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Wifi worked well,

only downside was the walk to Dontonbori was about 35 minutes, but only 11 by cab!

Good place to stay! Close to Umeda (Osaka station), Namba, Dotombori…

I loved the room and the bathroom, the building itself was great also super clean and easy to manage. The stagf was super friendly and it had a GREAT location.

I hated the heating in the room. It felt super dry at night and very very hot. I couldnt get the thermostat to work but I also didnt ask for help. The complimentary breakfast was terrible.

The location is really good, Near the Train Station. The Space is a bit larger than normal double rooms.

The breakfast included is not so good. They could have just discounted it from the room rate. You need to pay extra for a good breakfast,

The staff were all helpful and wonderful. They are all welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. They are all willing to help. I love the fact that they spoke English well that I was able to communicate my needs. The location is unbeatable. The room and bathroom was very spacious. I love the sleepwear on top of the bed, the bottle ls.of water. I love that I was able to store our luggage before and after our check in so we were able to explore the area with no time wasted at all. Would definitely book this hotel again when another opportunity arises.

I just wish there was a microwave inside the room and an ice chest to put the ice while getting it from the lobby

Super location, literally a minute away from Yodoyabashi Station. The staff are all multilingual and very friendly, and assisted me with my room upgrade when I requested. It was very clean and quiet as well. If you walk around the neighbourhood you will find great izakayas and restaurants, as well as convenience stores just nearby and even a Yamato transport if you need to have luggage sent.

The pillows provided were way too soft and small. Laundry room only has two machines for the entire hotel, so there may be queues.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Amazing location, close to station and shops.

If one is over 6 feet tall, they should get a larger room. The basic room are good medium size people.

The room was a bit dark and quite small.

Nicely sized room and bathroom. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Paid for the breakfast buffet and was well worth the add-on. There was laundry available in the basement. Check in and check out process was easy via the kiosk.

Room was kinda cramped with 2 twin beds. I think 1 twin or full sized bed would have been better for a solo guest. Only 2 laundry machines for whole hotel, so definitely need to wait for one if you need to use it.

Great location — just a minute from Yodoyabashi Station! The room was small but super clean and modern, with a comfy bed and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was simple (rice balls and miso soup), but nice to have. Check-in was quick with the self-service machine, and staff were polite. Perfect spot for a short stay or business trip.

The room was great. You're a few steps away from Yodoyabashi station. There's a supermarket on the corner and a convenience store across the street. There's also Komeda Coffee downstairs (which we recommend a lot).The bathroom is big enough. Beds are comfortable and they have two different pillows (one soft and another more firm). They also provide toiletries and pijamas (they are free size and very comfortable).

For some reason they don't have a good rating on Google maps, don't hesitate this hotel was a great option.
