Location was perfect. Less then 2min walk from major train station. 30min walk to/back from Dotonbori or 10min train ride. If walking to Dotonbori, you’ll experience the whole shopping strip from hotel to dobro street with tons of food and shopping stores
The room was very clean and the bathroom was lovely, good shower and lots of shampoo etc. Pillows were the best, we stayed at 6 different hotels while in Japan and Travelodge supplied the best fluffy comfortable pillows!! Location was excellent,

It's clean and convenient.
It's close to the subway station. However, note that you need to walk a lot in the station to get to another line other than the Midosuji Line.
Location. Free coffee and drinks in the breakfast room until 10pm.
Breakfast was not various. There was only one lift. No free water in the room. Lots of dust in our room. No cleaning service during our stay. They clean every 4 days. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights so no cleaning. That was bad.
Larger bathroom. It's easy for us for access to EXPO2025 by train.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to a metro station and a walking distance from famous shopping center Shinsubashi. The staff at the front desk were helpful.
Breakfast was very ordinary with minimum changes on daily basis. On the last day of my stay, there was no teabag at the breakfast, I asked for a teabag to make a tea and the restaurant staff said teabag had finished!Rooms were small. You wont receive room cleaning service if you stay for three days or less, which is quite absurd.

Fridge didn't work, single elevator causes slowdown, lobby is on 2nd floor.
I liked that we could wash our clothes.
Staff could have been a bit kinder and the one elevator with the large amount of people was a struggle.

Good location. Close to metro station. Many restaurants and cafe near by.Nice clean room. Comfortable bed.

Location is ok and wakable to metro station and shopping centre.
The breakfast area is in the lobby amid of luggage and other guests. The area and tables were not clean.Quality and choice of breakfast food was limited and bad. The eggs were pulled out of a bag and than microwaved. Rooms are not cleaned. For fresh towels you have to go to the lobby. The hall is therefor full of towells and trash in the morning.
Near the metro station ,many staffs are good
-Hair dryer so dirty (has dust) and cannot change.-There's a tape in the room on the corner of the wall, and the tape's coming off.-Has only 1 elevator so if you have luggage and come that time which many people waiting you have to wait so long time.
Hommachi is a great area to stay. Easy to get around via the Metro or walking
Very small room. No view of the sky. Difficult to communicate with the staff, though they were very nice.
The location was great 100m for entrance to train station. laundry on our floor just by luck. Staff were friendly and very helpful with directions, information and booking taxi.
Not so much a dislike but you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean but the hotel is a little older than others we stayed in but was priced accordingly. If your like us and don't spend much time in the rooms then its perfect for the price.
