Toyoko Inn Osaka Namba Nippombashi

Nice room & facilities! Gets the job done for a quick trip & close to a train station, would stay again

Wasn’t super familiar with the Osaka area beforehand, but the location was just alright!

The location, the service, the clean rooms, the breakfast. I loved it.

The matress was a little hard.

The staff , the room is big compared with others hotels , so comfortable and clean.

All was good.

The location is very convenient, right in the center of the Nipponbashi shopping district, making it perfect for fans of anime and otaku culture. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Namba. The room is very clean, the price is reasonable, and breakfast is included.

Location is super great. Very close to Namba station. Everything one needs is around the corner. Breakfast was very good and there is a free of charge coffee/tea machine at the downhall. Self check-in and check-out. Nevertheless, the receptionists are always there and happy to help. The room is comfortable, although very small. They have some books placed on the shelf. I like that gesture and would recommend adding more varieties of books for those who enjoy reading before sleep.

I think the ventilator in bathroom wasn't making a sound while working or worked on a very low speed.

Clean, towels changed every day, perfect location, cheap price. Honestly i don't understand how they do it.If I ever visit Japan again i make sure to check if the local Toyoko branch has available slots.

Perfect location, clean and warm room, kind staff, and good breakfast.Definitely recommended for those who want to be surrounded by an anime vibe when go out.

Perfect location, easy to find, right in the center of the city, perfect if you are anime / pokemon card fan. Parking is easy to find and accessible.

Wifi kind of weak. Room is relatively small but could still fit a large size luggage (opened, laid flat) and with space to walk. Bed is too hard.

The breakfast was great, with daily menu change. It was good and well filled us. The room in my opinion would best fit a single occupant but if size is not much of an issue, then the place is already good enough. The location was in the heart of nippombashi but if you’re not much into walking, then this might not best suit you coz it’s quite a walk to the nearest station.

The pillows and the bed was quite hard for our preference so I struggled in the first few nights. I am 23 weeks pregnant and have back issues, so if we’re talking about comfort, then best look for another option.

Great location! near to everything. I like their breakfast too!. Very easy to check in and check out.

They should have complimentary water in the room.

The bed was very comfortable . They have self laundry facilities . The staff are friendly . The vending machines are good if you feel like getting a beer or soft drink .

The breakfast was gone at 8:55 am even though they said it would be there until 9 am . All I could get was a cup of soup and a couple pieces of salmon . All the bread was gone even .

Perfect location, great amenities, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, room was comfy and had everything i needed, was quite cheap and I will definitely be back here if I stay in Osaka again

Nice place, clean, staffs are accommodating and accessible to metro stations.

It was perfect location, kind services and greta comfort.

The dining area was quite crowded during breakfast

Location and staff were amazing.

The bed was not comfortable.

Great location in the heart of everything. Somehow got a smoking room as non smokers so that was disappointing, staff not able to move room for our four day stay. Spent most of our time out of hotel only there to sleep.

The staff, and the breakfast was very very good! Also, they let me borrow an umbrella.

I don't understand how the warm water works. I have tried all the levers. Sometimes the water is warm, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. The written explanations could be better than they are now.

Love everything about this place, I've been in Tokyo once and chose Toyoko Inn as my hotel as well. The location is perfect! surrounded by everything; 7/11 , Lawson , the mall , Market , Train station. I barely used the train because i can walk to many places from the hotel. SUPER recommended !

Breakfast almost the same everyday but still appreciated.

Affordable – 100%Clean – 100%Comfortable – 100%Quality – 100%Safe – 100%Staff are very helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast is superb! Room are always clean. Few meters to train station and tourist spots.

Nothing. Highly recommended!

The buffet breakfast is the best part. They served big portions, complete from salad, 2-3 viands, 2 kinds of rice, 4 kinds of soup, drinks of juices and coffee / tea. Mains daily were different which is best for us since we stayed for 4 nights.

The room is not that big so, if you have big luggage…we put them under the bed. We opted for 3rd day cleaning only. Daily they give fresh towels, too.
