The second time we stayed here, and we loved it again! Onsen and breakfast are next level. Close to the Train station

I liked the location. Fifteen minutes and your at the airport. 40 minutes and your in Osaka Umeda area.

I didn't like the pillow. It was so scratchy. I got the feather down but it was very uncomfortable.

I thought i had paid for breakfast and it was included. Turns out my children's were not included and I would need to top up. This was not obvious to me at all

The location is perfectly nestled next to the train station that takes you directly to the airport! So very convenient! Honestly, I would stay here again if only to have the breakfast buffet again. It was above and beyond my expectations.

It’s a minor thing, but I don’t think they should limit the onsen by the height of children, it should be by age. According to a sign in the elevator, my 5 year old can’t go in the onsen with me.

Price is very reasonable. Nice staff. Great location to get to the airport. Public bath is convenient and enjoyable. Excellent breakfast.

Room size is small for two adults however great for solo travellers.

My room was on the side of the train tracks and the noise was so awful, made it very hard to sleep at night. The windows are not sound proof enough. I also could very clearly hear my neighbour. The soundproofing in this hotel is poorly done.

Morning buffet, Onsen style bath with sauna and manga library on 12F. Guest locker room on reception floor was also very useful.

Excellent location. This hotel is right in front of Izumi-Sano Station, which is only two stops from Kansai Airport. Despite of the location, the room is quiet and I was not disturbed by noise from the station. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast with fresh fish and local foods from early morning. In addition, the hotel has a large bath on the top floor.

Although it is clearly stated, the size of the room is minimal, which is quite common in Japan.

The location near the airport was very convenient. We even forgot one of our phones in the room, but were able to come back from the airport and retrieve it.

Breakfast was a good array of Japanese options. Loved the communal spaces in level 12. Loved the onsen. Loved the black out blinds.

Location is great, in front of Izumisano station. Our room is in 10th floor, quiet & comfy.

Bed is big and very comfortable for one room person. Very good location. Excellent breakfast. I will stay again next time in Kansai.

We stayed here the first night after flying into the Kansai Airport, which is only 10 minutes away by train. Because our flight arrived late in the evening, we did not want to travel to the central parts of Osaka, another 30-45 minutes away. The hotel is integrated with the train station buildings, so it was easy to take the train from the airport to the hotel without needing to walk much with luggage. We took advantage of the location and took a day trip by train to Wakayama the day after we arrived and before we went to Osaka. The hotel provides luggage storage. The room was small but well organized, and the hotel provided many amenities (toiletries, etc.) The hotel breakfast was luxurious, with many high-quality Japanese and Western options.

Nothing. The hotel room is small by Western standards, but this is how it is in Japan.

Super nice staff, location is very close to KIX airport.

Very, very noisy train station next to hotel. Busy from early morning until late night with high pitch sound. Very bad for people who needs quiet environment to sleep in.

The location itself is superb but if you want a quiet room to sleep in this is not really the hotel for you. My room faced the train station and starting 6am you can actually hear the platform announcements every 5 minutes even with the windows shut. I couldn’t sleep at all.

It’s very clean and the location is great . The room is very small but well designed. Breakfast is great and front desk is very friendly and helpful.

Great location only two stops away from Kansai Airport, comfortable room, very friendly staff. Even though I made a mistake with the checkout time, they were understanding and didn't charge me extra.

location very good, new hotel, room is small same like most of Japan hotel but do the job,booked throught Booking prepaid NOT Cancellation Rates, but when I check in the ask me pay more JPY100 for local tex which I never meet before during my one month trip in Japan, try to connect with Booking service center but noboday pick up the phone, can Booking give me a explanation for that payment?
