Mineral water bath in rooms

English limited at front desk, but we are finding this also at all hotels in Japan

The location was good, near the train station and near restaurants. The room's amenities were good, with tooth brushes and any convenience you could think of.

The twin rooms were very small. Our room at Hotel Hanshin was the smallest room we have stayed in in three trips to Japan.

Location is amazing. Two minutes walking from the train station.

It’s clean and in a good location. Good service too

The location is simply amazing, it’s an extremely close walk to the metro station with many great restaurants nearby and a cheap sushi place in the basement with a family mart a step outside. The vending machines on each floor also stock alcohol which is a plus. The AC was also excellent espically if you like a cold room

Main complaints were that the room was extremely large but the bed was still small as if it was a cramped room, really could have fit almost 3 of the beds. Main complaint was also that the curtains of the room had mold on the bottom of them which should really be changed ASAP

Hotel is close to the station and there are alot of restaurants and convenience stores around the area.

Mineral water option in the room bathtub was amazing. The room in general was of high quality.

Room was a bit small but not an issue if one does not spend too much time in their room.

the location is just great, the hotel facilities too, nice coffee/restaurant on the ground floor - they have amazing pasta. It's a bit older but great value for the acommodation. We really enjoyed the stay.

It was a very old property, cracks on the walls. Broken wash basin. Very bad!

Nice hotel with spacious room size.

Room facility and furniture is a bit old. Terrible smoke smell even though the entire hotel should be a non-smoking facility.

Definitely loved our stay at Hotel Hanshin Osaka.Beautiful breakfast provided and room was very spacious and clean with an amazing view of Osaka skyline.Close to shops, restaurants and public transport.Many thanks to the helpful staff.

We stayed at this hotel because we wanted to be near the Osaka Itami airport. A word of caution: the hotel tells you that you cannot get a cab before 8 AM. We easily found one right outside and went to the airport within 18 minutes at 5am. The hotel itself is nice and clean - Right across from the train station.

The hotel offers private onsen in your room - fill the bathtub before you go for dinner as the mineral water is really hot and soak in after you come back. The breakfast buffet is huge with a Japanese and Western style.

Location is ok but the hotel is old and worn out

Apart from a fatigued hotel, the room upholstery was frayed, amenities are bare minimum and breakfast is sparse. In fact the restaurant staff starts closing up by 9:30 when timing is till 10, the coffee machine s shut down by 9:40 when the staff starts showing their watch (actually) to the guests.

Good location right across the road from Fukushima JR Station and walking distance from Osaka station and Umeda. Good breakfast. Bar and cafe on site. Didn't use the public bath. There is a charge to use it even for guests. We were able to have our bags delivered to the hotel and they stored them after we checked out. Late check out until 2pm available for a fee of 1000 yen per hour.
