There was a young man who was in charge of the bar area from I think 2 to 11pm, he was amazing as was the rest of the staff we interacted with.

Very modern and clean. Location is great. The rooms are like typically other hotels in Japan which are quite small.

Breakfast options are limited. They offer three options from the menu two of which are not even halal so we were left with very limited choices and had to purchase some items separately from the cafe.

The rooms were modern location great

They only have 2 washers very difficult to use. Firstly always busy then you have to call staff to start them

Perfect location. You are close to everything in namba. Staff is also great.

The bed is pretty firm which I usually like, but by day 5 I was waking up with some pretty bad back pain.

The room was fine and clean.

I booked a room with breakfast for two people. When I got there, the staff told me breakfast wasn't included. I then went out and paid for it. Later I discovered it was included but when I contacted them about it they just said sorry that's too bad we gave you the wrong info.

Modern, convenient service, fresh and clean interior. Efficient and friendly service.

Nothing, it was very comfortable and a most pleasant stay.

Great location, close to where we wanted to be which is near Dontobori.

A bit pricey since the location is close to Namba and Dontonburi. The gym is also extremely small.

Property charge my for my stay on check out date. Next morning I received several messages from my other bank and credit card, which was used as deposit and hotel charge me 2 times again. In total I was charged 3 times for my stay, it was over 6000 € on my cards. I spent a lot of money for phone call charges and bank charged my of course for currency exchange. After several phone calls they admitted mistake, but they didn’t want to provide who was responsible for this. I am still waiting for money to be returned. Very unprofessional :(

Prefect location between Namba Nankin train station and foodie market. Very good for people who speaks English and don’t speak Japanese like me.

The location was convenient and easy to access to the Dontonburi area, as well as the subway. The hotel was clean and has a wonderful lounge area to grab coffee and food.

The property was in a great location - walkable to trains and Dotonburi. Room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The staff spoke English and were very accommodating and polite. Talk Shop had open Wi-Fi and there is no pressure to buy a coffee to stay.

The tax on each nightly stay was quite high.

- Clean and modern hotel- Nice bathroom - Provided a water station on each floor which is convenient, so I don’t need to keep on purchasing water bottles- Had laundry machine on site. I started my laundry in the morning and the staff put it in a basket at the front desk for me when I came back. - Had lunch at the hotel. They were very accomodating to my son’s allergies. Husband said the beef bowl was nice.

One of the huge downsides is the NOISE. We were facing the road which was noisy all throughout the night. Even though the bed was comfortable, my family and I are all light sleepers so the noise meant we didn’t have a good sleep for a couple nights. Could hear cars beeping, ambulance and police sirens…

Modern facilities, light switches next to the bed, gorgeous room design, great location, and modern entertainment with casting ability from mobile phone.

Loved our stay here! It combined the well planned facilities of a large hotel chain alongside the stylish quirkiness of a boutique hotel.Location: Right at the centre of Osaka. 5-10 mins walk to Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Tons of restaurants around. 5 mins to Kuromon Market.Hotel vibe: It has a great boutique feel to it and we really enjoyed the decor and designs. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed. Room: The room size is bigger than most urban hotels in Japan. And the stylish layout and furnishings made it a very enjoyable stay for the week we were there for. The rooms are very modern and clean. Hotel restaurant: The restaurant is very stylish and had special offers on for holidays.Staff: Staff were very friendly and also spoke English very well.

The only downside during our stay was the challenge of laundry. The hotel does provide 2 laundry machines but they are super popular with guests and you may need to wait hours for your turn.However there are at least 2-3 modern, cheap and convenient laundromat in a 2-5 min walk distance from the hotel (search them up on Google Maps).

Beds were hard. City view room meant lots of noise. Food at Let’s Talk was disappointing, not good value for money and poor quality. Drinks were expensive

The hotel staff were very nice! The room was clean and spacious. The laundry service was easy to use and everything came back in perfect condition. Breakfast was also really yummy and served early which worked out great for our trip!

Great location close to everything. Thank you to the lovely receptionist who sorted our luggage transfer when we checked out. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
