Fantastic location, easy walking distance to attractions including Dotonburi. Friendly staff and great facilities. Wish we had stayed longer. Good room size for family of 5.

The location is super convenient for Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, which are maybe 10 min walk away. It was also very easy to walk to the hotel from Namba station. Our room was very clean, had a washing machine and two bathrooms, which was amazing. The TVs in the room didn’t have any apps built in, but you could ask the front desk for an Apple TV which you could use for streaming apps. There were lots of board games available in the lobby, and you could even check them out to play them privately in your room. Plus, front desk staff were very friendly and kind.I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Osaka!

Nothing, I loved it!

We stayed in the Kids Room which had a slide, board games, and lots of toys for our daughter. Everything was clean and well maintained. We didn't hear much noise from any of the other guests either. Laundry facilities were great too. Would definitely recommend it to families.

The only minor inconvenience was switching elevators on the second floor, but the elevators were really fast and we didn't need to wait that long.

Rooms with kitchen and washing machine are great. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious.Namba station area, and Kuromon Market are quite close. Dotonbori is not that far away either.You can shop at Kuromon (there's a supermarket near the northern end, along with separate fruit and vegetable vendors scattered throughout) then prepare and enjoy meals in the kitchen. This might be preferable for travelers that find restaurants to be too crowded and fast paced. Though, Kuromon can get very crowded too.There's also a large LIFE supermarket that's a further walk away.The Coin Hunt game that you can play in the room is a nice addition. Well done.Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Specific to the Two-Bedroom Family Suite located in the corner of the building, I felt the room layout was not good. It's very spacious, but that space does not seem to be utilised well.For the twin beds in both bedrooms, they were positioned such that for one of the beds, you had to get in/out from the end. But the bedrooms had plenty of space otherwise.There's a big dinning table, however it's too difficult to get in and out of the seats.For the kitchen, there's a lack of bench space. This was especially apparent having come from Mimaru's Tokyo Station East location, having stayed in a similiar Two-Bedroom Suite there.Granted, the room in the Tokyo location has a max of 6 people (compared to 8 here in the Namba location), but the layout was better in the Tokyo location. It was awkward manoeuvering around the dinning table each time for dinner, which was an annoyance for an otherwise wonderful stay.Wifi was not reliable. It sometimes drops out, or has very slow speeds. My devices indicated that wifi strength was weak from the corner room. Similiar problem in the Tokyo location too.

Good location. Next to anime shops. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Kuromon market and Dotonbori.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The location was convenient and close to everything without being in a noisy area. The space was comfortable and well designed. This was a perfect place to stay with kids.

More shelving and a small vacuum in the room would be great additions.

We paid staying fees for the luggage to stay overnight before our arrival and also paid for extended check out. It was very good stay all in all although it was one night before departure to Dubai.

The staff was very helpful. They helped with everything we needed. We loved the hotel's board games. There were coin-operated washing machines and separate dryers. The laundry times were really short compared to other places in Japan that had combined machines. The location was great. The room was clean and cozy

The room was a little smaller than the room we had in another hotel in the same chain (same room type). We lacked a little space.

Great hotel, the nicest staff !Helped us a lot in many ways including with transferring our luggage to the next hotel. Hotel is in a walking distance of the market, 2 metro stations and at the heart of the Nippombashi and Namba area… lots of stuff to eat, see and shop around. Room is great!

Don’t remember something in particular

It was the best hotel ever! I wasn’t expecting all that fun in their game area. We came home and bought some of the games we played there, and that still connects us as a family! The location is just perfect. 2 or 3 blocks from the best part of Osaka! So much life and fun in that area. The room had great space too, specially comparing to other hotels in Japan.

Elevators are very small and often we had to wait because they were full.

It was near Namba station and also Nipponbashi station. Major shopping avenues are close by. Also it had board game section at reception with free drinks which was good for our kids.
