There's a convenient space for co-working, board games and chairs.

Pretty much everything else. The beds are not comfortable, the pillows are solid, like they fill them out with stones. The first night a truck was unloading merch in the same building around 3-4am, I couldn't sleep. I took a video and save it for later ask a refund. Terrible experience.

Unfortunately, our room was directly above the smoking place, which is micro yard between this building and the next one. Our window was facing the wall, and it was not really possible to open it for a fresh air because of all the smoke and smell coming into the room. Air conditioner was in the room and we used it instead of opening the window.Unfortunately, it was not possible to exchange the room at the time of our stay.

The breakfast was good but could be more varied. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the reception who could speak English, which made communication easy and minimized any issues.

However, the room was quite small, and especially the bathroom was too tiny, which was really uncomfortable.

the hotel was super clean and comfy!! good location also since its near the shopping center and konbinisthe staffs were accomodating as well to answer my concerns and the toilet wasnt working when i arrived but was eventually solved ASAP which i truely appreciate

The size of the room is too small. The shower room is very small. No comfort during the shower and using the basin.

It was convenient, the room was quite. The breakfast was always full. Some male staffs were grumpy, but the female staffs always had a smile.

The room is so small, you can't even pull all your luggage in. We discovered just before departure that the facilities were located on the 1st ground, but the staff did not tell us a word about it. This was the most expensive stay of my trip and the most disappointing.

The staff were so helpful and understanding because we had a little mishap. They handled it exceptionally well. I wish l asked for the 2 gentlemen's names.

Cleanliness and easy to locate. Close to places of interest like Dontobori area

Central location with a 15 min walk to dotonbori and 10 min walk to the metro. Breakfast was a good selection of Japanese cuisine. Free amenities to choose from in the lobby and free luggage storage on the day of check in and check out

The room was very small, for sure for 2 people. When 1 was standing, the other one could not pass. No place at all to store your luggage. The bathroom is to small to turn. This is a room for 1 .

- I like the coin laundry on the 2nd floor. This is the first hotel in 4-5 years that I did not have to wait for using the washing machine. The ice making machine and microwave are located nearby.- The hotel is centrally located among subway stations, Hommachi, Shinsaibashi and another station that I can not remember the name. The walking distance from each station is 500-800 meters, which is not close at all, but if you like walking and seeing shops on the way, it is perfect. Plus lots of combinis nearby. Good for the days that you do not want to go out and look for foood.

-I travel to Japan every year during the last 10 years. This is the smallest guest room that I have ever stayed. I stayed with my son. We only had 2 suitcases (22”), but we could not open a suitcase on the floor. No space. Bathroom is super small. Not good for the elderly. My son and I are small for typical Asians but we still found out it was difficult to move inside the bathroom. Thin walls and ceilings, you could hear people moving and talking, sometimes they hit the wall (unintentionally) and we woke up. On the other hand, we also accidentally hit the wall sometimes as well, and I was certain that I woke my neighbors up.To be honest, although I rated this hotel average, my personal intention is I will never go back to this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is accessible to Shinsabashi shopping area and just few mins walk to Dotonburi. We loved our stay.

The room is very small that we can have enough space to put our luggages but for us, we did not mind since we are out of the hotel most of the time

I didn't lose a room key, but I did notice that they charged 50,000 yen for any lost key. That seems a little pricey for a plastic key?
