R Hotel Namba

I really liked the location and the fact that I was within walking distance of everything I needed, including the trains! It was so helpful in terms of planning logistics for my trip. Also the staff were all very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I also loved that I could use the coin laundry on site; it was very easy to use.

The location is very far from bus stops or metro station I mean it’s 12-15 minutes walks but after long day of walk it’s not the best… The rooms are tinny but at least they were clean

Excellent location - quiet but extremely close to the bustling city center. Most areas of interest for tourists were walkable right from the hotel.

Beautiful place to stay . Everything was super clean, good interior design and comfy bedroom. Location was great. We would have liked to know rooms were outside the building, no common corridor or hall. Staff was gentle, not super friendly.

The location was reasonably good, within walking distance of Namba and Dotonbori, while still being on a quieter street. The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern.

The room was extremely small with very limited space to open a suitcase. Housekeeping required requesting cleaning in advance which was inconvenient. The location was not the best overall, with the nearest station being quite a walk away. Also, there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom.

I got a free upgrade for the room. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property was a bit far from any of the train stations so had to walk a bit. Not too bad though but not so good when you’re lugging a big luggage.

Staff was really helpful when there was an issue with my luggage delivery. Room was nice and clean and location in Namba was perfect.

It should be collected beforehand)Room was too small and no room for luggages.The room was not for two people even though the bed was queen size.

It has a nice kitchen area so you can make your own food. Osaka has great restaurants but it gets old and heavy after a while

Good location, modern amenities, friendly staff, amazing concept. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels. Rooms have a spacious bed, a desk, and the shower good pressure.

location was a little far from the stations (Ebisucho and Nippombashi) but it was quiet and provided a restful stay. Felt more like a hostel since there wasn't a 24/7 reception. also check-in can be at 3pm instead of 4pm

Super comfy and cool room, everything is very new and super clean. The reception is beautiful too, very modern.The staff are the kindest, very helpful. We checked in earlier, so we left our luggage in the storage room —when we came back after a long day out, they had brought our luggage to our room already. It was a very nice gesture we really appreciated.Also, good detail: great hair dryer. Most hotels cheap out on this, or have very old ones without power. They didn’t, so that’s a small yet classy move.Good location close to popular Namba area. Otherwise, closest metro is 11 min walk away. Great drip coffee bags!!

Ease of check-in, good security and after hours access, access to ammenities, washing machines available.

The hotel was very quaint in a very quiet part of Osaka. We were about 10 minute walk to the Sennichimae Doguyasuji streets for cookware. And then another 10 minutes to Dotonbori. The room was small but larger than what we had in Tokyo It was a room designed to try and maximise space

There was a big gap between door and floor and cold was coming to the room.. I had to put few towels to stop cold getting to the room.
