Near the station and lots of stores nearbyRooms have classy feel, clean and comfortable
A tad pricey. No coin laundry in the hotel
Great location, just few minutes walk to both JR and subway stations. And there are few shopping centers around in this area. Reasonable size of the room, everything looks new and clean.
Breakfast, facilities, staff.
Wifi connection in room was not good.
Great location, excellent room size and reasonably affordable!
The accessibility is a bit difficult for the unseasoned. We’ve actually stayed here before so it was easier to get to—but without that prior experience it could be difficult to find the hotel’s main lobby…
Excellent location. Right next to the very handy Tennoji Station, and very close to some great isakayas.
The room was on the slightly smaller side. The hotel was a little bit confusing to find - it is easier to find from the 2nd floor bridge section. There is no coin laundry service, only a laundry-on-request service - something to bear in mind for those staying in Japan for a longer time!
Great hotel, I use it often as the standard is good and location is perfect for business travel. Price is good but if you are a couple it is worth getting a bigger room
Convenient to Tennoji station. Nightshirt was comfortable. Breakfast was a very good value, selection was great also.
Needs more hooks for extra storage. USB ports needed.
Excellent location - just next to metro and train stations, perfect location if you’re traveling to other places like Nara. Plenty of restaurants and mall and department store nearby.Room is not big but sufficient space for 2 persons. Daily housekeeping is a plus. Comfortable bed with soft and hard pillows to meet individual preferences.Staff are polite and helpful.Highly recommended!
Good location near Tennoji Station and connected by covered walkways to the station. Near supermarkets and lots of eateries.
It was a bit difficult to find as the lobby was in the 3rd level of a building. But there were signages and we eventually found the way in.
The staff was very nice. Great breakfast! Well located. Comfortable mattress and pillows. I would definitely come back.
The location and staff are excellent. If you want to do some shopping, this is the place to stay. It's conveniently close to everything.
Tub had multiple hairs in it that definitely weren't my own. Other than that everything was grand.
The hotel location is excellent to the JR Tennoji Station as well as Kintetsu lines. You can approach the hotel elevator from the underground level B2 or street level or mezzanine level. We had singles which were adequate for us. The staff is excellent if you have questions and were helpful to our needs. There is no self laundry at this hotel, but have takkyubin services to transport luggage or boxes to another hotel destination.
The clothing rack was a bit cramped. The small table and chair could be eliminated in the single room for more luggage space against the wall.
Friendly, professional staff
Clean, neat and tidy reception. Great breakfast.I accidentally booked a smoking room and the let me change free of charge.
This is our 2nd stay in Trusty. The location is excellent with lots of eateries and shopping malls nearby. It is located near Tennoji station easily access to lots of attractions and more importantly just 30 mins express ride to airport.
The sound proof is not so good. You can hear your neighbour talking ?. The rest is fine.
Friendly staffGreat locationCozy and well furnished room
very accessible to train stations and malls
Rooms are too close to each other I can hear opposite room talking
