Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi

Staff actioned straight away without excuse.

Not clean. Smell urine in the toilet on arrival.

Clean hotel. Good location convenient to subway station and nearby places.

It was a small room.

The location is a big plus, subway station across the street with a mall and Starbuck, lots of dinning options and supermarket

The room was ridiculously small

Great location for Osaka Castle, Keihan City Mall and Keihan Train. A lot of foods around the area. Staff is nice, facilities are good and clean.

With big luggage, you need to carry up stairs for check in and down for check out. Even though staff are willing to help you with but it will be better if we could have some escalator, elevator or slope to carry our luggage.

The location is close to the station just a 180M walk

There are tables and chair in the room and it very disturbing because it takes up space considering the room size is quite small only 15M.

Excellent location. Very close to Osaka Castle. The bed was quite comfortable. Great amenities for your room.

The room was super narrow, difficult for three, would be tight for just two.

Good location, Clean room and all necessary supplies are provided.

Really love that we get to have daily stocks of toiletries and more at their lobby. Near train stations and room was enough for 2 people. Clean and staff was accomodating.

The location was excellent. The staff were attentive.

The room was smaller than described. The toilet was right next to the bed.

Very convenient. Close to 2 train stations, a big mall and many convenience stores around.

Location is good just a few minute from Temmabashi subwayBreakfast is very good with a touch of Indian food

The room is not so clean with a lot of dustCentral AC does not work well, it was too warm

Great location with lots of amenities close around, clean rooms, great beds and fine staff.

Small rooms.

The staff was nice and try to resolve our problem with the room !

The stairs at the entrance, there should be a ramp or something !

Top location for osaka castle and to public transport. Metro station in one corner and keihan train station in the other corner. Hotel restaurant was not welcoming but there were so many options in the same block to eat well we did not miss eating at the hotel. To improve sound insulation as you hear all noise from the hall the neighbors and the street. They offer ear plugs but too hard foam.

We found the location really great. Walking distance to Osaka castle and subway very close and convenient. The room was very clean and staff lovely

Bathroom and room small but didn't really matter as we were out all day.

Amazing location and proximity to subway line

Twin bedded room was a little small considering that 2 adults would travel with luggage bags. There was scarcity of space to open bags and move freely.

The room small. we have extra bed and then no more space to put the luggage.

small room

Convenience. In a quiet part of CBD right next to Osaka Castle

Close to a mall and a train station - the staff were wonderful despite their limited english, they made a great effort to make sure we were okay. Its location allowed for easy transport and ease of access to places like Osaka Castle.

Smoking room smelt like every time we left, someone was smoking a full pack of cigarettes before we got back. Also the windows don't open at all, so we couldn't get any fresh air.

The buffet breakfast was excellent and location good. Subway at front door and Osaka Castle very close.

Twin room very small, very little floor space. Air conditioning centrally controlled, room hot and stuffy.
