    • The staff is very helpful and nice. It was fairly close to Osaka station and there is a nice covered shopping street that you could walk through to get there
    • Friendly staff and very clean.
    • You don't need to bring many essentials. Staff were able to assist even if your Japanese is limited. They can hold your luggage before you check in. Call for a cab when you need one.

    Cons -

    • The smoking room was often a little on the dirty side
    • Very uncomfortable pillows. No buttle water even for a fee.
    • The buffet food was fair and by 8:45, items were empty. No washcloth in bathroom.

    Not much.

Lumpy bed. Staff didn’t even speak basic English. Like “do you need a receipt” after I was charged the city tax.

The location was very good, close to Oaka station, also known as Umeda station. Around the station there are a lot of stores and on the way to the hotel there are some very lively shopping streets with bars, stores, karaoke and all these things. The hotel itself is a couple of blocks away from this bustling area, and the streets are quiet at night, which makes it very convenient because you can sleep quietly but you're still close enough to transportation, food and entertainment. The room size is good and the furniture was recent. You get a lot more space than you would in Tokyo for a similar price. The hotel seems to be more oriented towards business guests, so there weren't a lot of other travelers using the washing machines and I didn't have to wait to wash my clothes. The staff was helpful and acomodated my request for extra pillows. The rooms are cleaned daily. I reserved without breakfast, but there are cafés on the way to the station, such as a Café Doutor, so you won't have problems finding breakfast.

Communication in english was a bit more challenging at this hotel than in others, but I didn't have any problems for checking in or out or asking for extra pillows.

Location. Two subway stations are closed to this hotel less than 10 mins of walking. Also, when you go to the airport, you can use Bus station and that is also in 10 mins walking. In the room there is a big L shaped desk.

No complementary. Asked for a water at the front desk and they were asking me to use vending machines. Room bathroom was little dirty, but accepterable.

About 15 minutes walk from Osaka central (Umeda) station, the hotel was easy to find, comfortable, and convenient for local restaurants

Close to train station (exit M10 puts you in the right direction). Clean room, firm bed and pillows.

Standard double room is the tiniest I've seen. So is the bed only 1.5 width of a single, very tight for two. Breakfast ok but nothing to write home about. Pillow's firm but very low, need to ask for more. Streets in the back of the hotel bustles with shopping and dining.

Great location and the facilities and rooms very modern and well appointed. The staff helpful and attentive to requests and assistance.

The breakfast was good but I've seen much better for hotels in Japan for the room rate. They also can't accommodate if you are checking out early with just grabbing a coffee and piece of bread before the formal opening time of 7am (most hotels open at 6-6:30am for breakfast.

they was very kind to help us storage luggage before check in and after check out, so it was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious enough to keep luggage. Close to metro.

bed a little bit small and pillow wasn't good and very small.

The pyjamas were simple but stylish, kind staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, quiet room. Umeda is a great neighborhood.

Super tiny room, but I could open my suitcase

    9DavidPosted on: 5-20-2025

Great breakfast and staff were super friendly and helpful. I already recommended it to other friends.

They didnt have a lobby bar and i didnt check out the gym wasnt sure if they had one.

The location is good, despite having to walk 10-15 mins. To a train station. Also they clean every day.and there was a microwave on some floors.

The beds were quite small, but we already expected it. The mattress was very hard, which didn't fit us. The windows couldn't open.

    10Liesl K.Posted on: 4-19-2025

Rooms were quite spacious compared to the hotel in Tokyo. And that’s with 2 big luggages opened on the floor. Amenities were great, the laundry room was on the 5th flr where our rooms were, how convenient was that! Staff were very helpful with all smiles. It was a 7 minute walk from the Osaka station, 24/7 convenience stores every 2 blocks. It is so close to everything. Just don’t get confused with the Shin-Osaka Station and Osaka Station. Shin-Osaka Station is a 9 minute taxi ride away.

Nothing. Entrance door closes at 11pm but you can swipe your hotel card to enter.

I asked for vegetarian breakfast in advance. There was some communication back and forth for my special need. The hotel staff is great during the process.

The breakfast is a non-spicy curry plated food, vegetarian one. The curry is warm, not hot enough, most likely prepared it early in the morning and kept it in the oven. The amount of the food should good for a regular Japanese guest, but not enough for me. Only these two minor problems, every thing else is great.

    7PeterPosted on: 11-7-2024

Very nice staff, great location and good value for money.

The bed was a bit too firm and the single pillow provided felt like it was filled with sand. Had to sleep without it.

    5JunfeiPosted on: 11-5-2024

Close to shopping malls and metro lines

We stayed there for 4 nights and every day, there was a very unpleasant smell in our hotel room, an armpit like odor.

    9wind_risedPosted on: 10-22-2024

They provide housekeeping every day, and the rooms are kept very clean. Fresh towels, slippers, and night clothes are provided daily. The hotel is closer to the Osaka-Umeda shopping area than I expected.
