Great room size, good water pressure and awesome bath. Good location and killer French restaurant in front of the building

Feels like a romantic solitary escape location.Breakfast is not worth it at all and hardly counts as breakfast.Too much light everywhere with switch for light distribution across all rooms making it a chore each night to get the room dark.

Great location, really nice rooms and great staff. The Champagne theme is very nice and the in room bottle selection is varied and great.

The in room western breakfast was nice but minimal

We had a great stay at this uniquely designed hotel. The attention to detail is truly impressive. Each room takes up an entire floor which offers ample space for guests to enjoy. The hot tub is pre-filled with hot water. The amenities provided are topnotch. Location is great; within 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori yet in a quite area. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to David who went above and beyond to help us with our travel arrangements and luggage forwarding to Tokyo. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in process was a bit slow.

Fantastic hotel with new facilities and the location couldn’t be better. Tucked away from the busy streets but close to everything. Staff were very attentive and nice. Bathroom was amazing!

A brilliantly designed, modern hotel with the most charming and warm staff, a fabulous restaurant, in excellent location. A novel concept and I wish this new hotel every success!

It was very clean

Not conducive for a family.Breakfast was in your room and you can't get to have it with others in your family. Each room is on a floor and so you eat breakfast alone.It's a very stray concept.

The bath tub was filled automatically, it was bit wired you suddenly heard the water flow sound

the bathroom was small, although the shower room and bathtub were large.

The beauty of the rooms and the staff. A special mention for Kaori who was truly exceptional! She found out it was my birthday and made a special effort to make my day. Really I was so happy and grateful because of her.

I love the minimalist vibe of d hotel, the warm bath tub which we soaked in everyday after a long day of waling , the food they served to our room everyday , the cleanliness and the attentive staffs who attended to our needs! The location was superb and we had only nice things to say about this hotel! 5* !!

Cleanliness and design.

1. A bottle of champagne, which had been included in the package, was not provided on arrival. Had to show the staff booking confirmation proof and explain to them again and again, before the champagne was sent to our room. Although they sent an additional half bottle of champagne as apology, that would not be the services expected for the room rate charged.2. Cleaning was not done at the time agreed I.e. 11 am. Could not use the room when we returned at about 4 pm as the staff were half way through the cleaning process.3. Yogurt was not refilled for breakfast on the second day.4. No reply to email for their sushi restaurant reservations.

The best part was the staff ! The manager and reception lady helped me with everything without hesitation.Such nice people
