Room a little bit small

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel common areas were all meticulously clean. We loved the free activities such as bracelet making, colouring postcards, making takoyaki - all so much fun. We also loved the different 'happy hours' for ice cream, pot noodles, soft drink and alcohol. There's a very happy vibe at this hotel. The location is great for food and shops.

The rooms are a little outdated and probably need a bit of a spruce up. You can hear people talking in the corridors.

Great hotel just outside all the action in Osaka. Staff was more than helpful and spoke English. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy and I slept great. Everything you want to see in downtown Osaka was walkable to. Many restaurants and shops around. This hotel is a great choice for Osaka. Breakfast is served every morning. I’d give this hotel a 15 if I could. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Dotonbori Hotel for a wonderful stay !

Absolutely nothing!

Near shopping center. Hotel has great message chairs but only two, you have to wait for 15-30 mins. The drink bar is great. Room is clean.

Toilet is small compared to with other biz hotel, I cannot turn around with spread the arms. The pillow are flat, cannot have a great long sleep.

Historical hotel in the centee of everything. 15 min walk to nankai airport train, and 5 minutes to metro. 5 minutes to glico dotonbori.

At night the area is little bit busy but ok

By the time we got here we were both ready to drop. Fortunately we were able to check in early, so as soon as we got in the room, that's exactly what we did. This isn't a five star hotel, and since we only stayed one night I didn't get much time to take in the whole experience, but I feel like this might as well have been a four or five star hotel for how charming it is, how kind and helpful the staff are, and how much extra you get. There's always something happening, there's free ice cream in the lobby at specific times, and the price won't break the bank. You're getting way more value than you paid for.

Needs more hanging racks or pegs for jackets and towels.

I like it when they were serving coffee and other drinks 24/7. They also have daily activities both for kids and adults. They clean the room everyday( my favorite). Cleans towels and shampoo etc

Location was great-walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas and transport was very close. The daily reception drinks and ice cream was a nice surprise as was the cultural activities

The rooms were very small with a huge column in the middle of the room. Pictures of property didn’t reflect this.

The room was clean and staff were very friendly. Location was great to get around. The room was small as expected but mnagable. The evening ramen was also good.

The area around the hotel was quite busy and noisey however in the room you could not here any noise.

Very close to everything in the area: from Dotonbori’s main area, to thrift shops, to the Daimaru mall, and by a lot of other food places!

The bedroom has a very weird layout.There is a big column in the middle of the bedroom which take up so much space and the light switch is above one of the beds

Very walkable, stored luggage when we left late on the last day. They had laundry and snacks. A really convenient place!

Close to everything. There’s a very good ramen restaurant beside it. There’s always a queue outside so you know that its good. Free drinks until 9pm. Free coffee the whole day. You can also use the massage chair for free.

There’s 4 of us in the room but they put 3 towels and 3 sets of pillow only. We requested for additional towels but they never added any towel until we checked out. Same with the pillows.

It was a really great location! There were so many stores and restaurants nearby. The room was also nice and the bed was really comfortable. They give you bottled water each day which was nice.

I wish there were two chairs in the room, but it wasn’t that bad because we just went to the lobby instead to sit.
