The location! the staffs are so nice and very helpful! close to all the food places, subway, and JR station! Very value for money!!

The location is very good, very close to the metro, and stores. You can get almost anything you could need by walking 10min or less. Fairly close to a couple of attractions so you don't need to go far for sightseeing, but if you want to travel to other locations, the subway line is right there

My room was in the direction of the JR line so the train was audible (Not to a disrupting degree, but still),

Small but clean room.It was what I expected and did the trick.The train line is right in the back of the building but it didn't bother me.

The reception background looks a bit messy, but had no implication on my stay.

I love the location! Everything was within reach, train station, restaurants and Donki!

We noticed that the floor wasn’t clean; there was hair and a toy left from the previous guest.

It was in a good location! Right next to train stations. Very close to tourist spots! Let me check in 6 hours early and extend my stay with no hassle. I’ll stay here again in the future!

I loved both the location and the hotel and its facilities! Close to the airport line and the Shin Osaka for the Shinkansen (which is very helpful if you have luggage to carry around), Namba and Shinsaibashi/America-mura, etc. The single room was a bit small but overall had everything needed and it was very comfortable. The staff were super helpful and kind. At the lobby there are tables to hangout, have food, charge your phone, etc. Check-out time is 12pm which can be helpful.

Hotel is in a very good location. Situated in an entertainment area there’s lots to do close by and also close to transit stations within a few feet of the property. Very clean and the staff are hospitable and friendly.

Solo travellers beware of the single beds. I’m 5’11” and 190 pounds and my feet were hanging off the bed and the blanket wasn’t large enough for my whole body. I should have done better research but consider upgrading the room, the extra cost will be worth it if you are “large” by Japanese standards.

The location is very good, very close to a train station, quite a few shops very close. There is a paid breakfast buffet option, not a big spread but enough to fill you before you set out for the day. 1000yen, so not very costly. Rooms and bathrooms are small. The entrance is on the side of the building, reception is on the 2nd floor. Going beyond the 2nd floor, you your room card to activate. It has a paid laundry, shared microwave on the Reception Floor level. A convenience store is just 3 doors away, so I didn't look for a vending machine in the hotel. Tea/Coffee facilities are available in the room

Beds are on the floor. My fault for not checking that before booking. But beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice but not conversant in English, so you do need Google Translate.

Extremely convenient location, modern facilities and room size was above average. Excellent price:performance ratio and I would love to stay here again.

Single use soap, creates a lot of plastic waste.

The hotel was good. It was a very typical Japanese room but the size was perfect for a solo traveler. My only concern was the pillow provided was too flat and too hard, but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This is your basic modern clean closet sized Japanese 2 star hotel with good security.

Not worth the money . No amenities included . Room also did not come with soap or anything at all has to be purchased at hotel .

The location is pretty good! Very close to the metro and JR stations so moving around was pretty easy. It’s also one block from Don Quijote, so if you like shopping.. that’s the place to stay.

The only problem for me was the bed and pillow. The bed was a steel frame that moved around and the pillow was stiff and small, but for the price I paid and the location, it’s worth it.

Close to the metro station, they don't offer breakfast but you can grab free coffe in the mornings, free products available like shower gels, face creams

not the highest standards of the rooms, metal bed frames, pillow felt like a sleeping on the rock, I guess for a price you cant expect much

Room was clean. Had towels, a bath robe, slippers, a small TV, a mini fridge, air conditioner, bidet, hairdryer, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner & body wash packets (you could grab more from the lobby if you run out). I was on the 9th floor. It was quiet and comfortable. Right next to the subway station.There's no breakfast, but there's coffee and tea in the lobby. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to pour hot water and one of the staff came over and helped me, which I thought was super nice. Check in and out was easy. Oh, and I loved the 'late' check-out at 12PM! Imo more hotels should adopt this check-out time. Plenty of time to wake up, eat, and pack up before checking out makes it sooo much less stressful.There's also an option to check out at 1PM for a small extra charge. Beyond that, you get charged a full day.Didn't use the wifi as I had my own. But everything else was great!

Nothing. My stay was great.Only thing I might have found useful was an iron. But it didn't impact my stay.

Top location, kind staff, bike rental.

The hotel is very well located. Next to a family mart, mega donki, amazing restaurant and retail stores. Staff are the friendliest and kindest people I’ve met! So accommodating and helpful, thank you! - The communal facilities include a full kitchen, launderette, dryer, lots of free toilette ties and coffee for guests. About the room, a very clean and comfortable room with en-suite. Shower have amazing pressure. Overall 10 out of 10 / 5 star rating!! I’ll definitely be back
