They can’t answer questions without using computer such as staff had little knowledge about directions to the Kobe airport

The amenities have improved significantly since my last stay in 2014. In particular, I love the expanded bathing facilities and lounge areas. Around the property, food options have improved significantly in scope and price. You'll need to hit the streets to see a lot of them.

After all this time the trip to the hotel is as unforgiving as ever. I feel as though the directions getting to the site could be made clearer. My pet peeve is the insistence of using some stations over others. Despite popular opinion, the best drop off point for this hotel is Osaka Business Park on the JR line. Not Kyobashi station of the same line.

Loved the onsen. Liked the location. The breakfast every morning was fabulous.

Good location, just 3-4 min to JR line and metro. Hot spring was superb after busy day. Breakfast was good and they offer snaks or ice-cream to go.

The room was very comfortable . Walking distance from the station. Very helpful in guiding us how to get to the hotel from the airport. Luggage storage provided for free. The onsen was amazing and free! People with tattoos unfortunately you cannot enter. There is convenient store at the basement. They even have a church on one of the floors. Not a chapel but a church . Haven’t seen that anywhere but guessing it’s more of a wedding venue rather than a place of worship :)

Well my 1st visit I had a lovely room with a view and great breakfast buffet, but when a returned my room quality changed and no breakfast which was ok, but as return customer maybe that should have been a consideration. But either way it was fine.

The hotel is a chain hotel, so it was very good. I'm super bummed that I didn't get into the hot spring because I didn't had the time. It was very clean. Every room of the 5 that we booked had a view. It is very close to Osaka Castle. They where very helpful to receive and send our luggage from and to the next location. Direct entrance to combini.

-It is a walk to get to the nearest subway line.-There's almost no early or late closing restaurants nearby.-It has a lot of occupancy which meant a bit noisy.-I think but I'm not sure, we actually paid more than what we expect from the booking site, I'm still figuring this out.

The room was great and the location was super convenient.

I had contacted booking and asked if they could accommodate me and my husband a couple, and our 2 adult kids. I was expecting a room with a double bed and then make sure that the second room had 2 separate bed. They said they could do that. When I got to the hotel, they had two rooms both with a double bed. I ended up paying $45 for them to change one of the rooms to two single beds. It just made it a bit of a hassle. They were extremely nice and patient and gave me a deal on the room with the two single beds.

Close to train station, hotel has a spa. They give you toiletries.

Room was very clean when i first arrived and the staff were very helpful when i checked in. I chose this for convience of train station right behind and restaurants near by

Location

Room had mold inside of bathroom sink. Wood Floors were dirty. We told the staff and they tried to clean but it didn't make much of a difference. They never offered to adjust the price of the room. They did make the accommodation of high floor close to elevator but I should have asked for carpet and clean sink. I also asked about reservations for French restaurants and the staff said they didn't have a French restaurant and our only option was the Japanese restaurant.We checked in early and staff did not make recommendations on where to go until I asked.We weren't told that the bath was extra price until we got there.The breakfast was the worst one we had in Japan. Did not enjoy at all. We appreciate them calling a cab for us.

The view is very good from my room. The spa. I went there everyday. The staffs are also really kind. If I come here again, I will choose this hotel again!

Only a bit far away from the station. The bed is not so soft as I expected.

The spa is really good! After one day trip to other places, we really need to have a good bath and this is the best place. The offer a cup of beer in the afternoon if you go to spa early. Drinks are also free and you also have small snacks. They clean the room everyday and offer each one a bottle of water for free as well.

The location is between the metro and JR line. We need to walk for at least 6 (I walk quite fast) to 10 ( at my mom’s pace) mins to go to the station. If there is strong wind, we need to walk quicker because it is super windy on the road.

The public bath, the size of the room and proximity to station and to Osaka Castle. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, staff is very kind and helpful.

The room was very clean and luxurious looking compared to its price.

It can get very confusing to get to the hotel but overall everything was fine
