Beautiful hotel and property

The rooms were cold. The air conditioning was obviously controlled by the hotel because even when it was set at 31 degrees the air temp was not heating the room. It was a shame because everything else about the start was fantastic.

Loved the location

Unfortunately the room felt cold. Didn't matter how much we formed up the air con it felt cold. We had to get extra blankets from the front office.

For a budget hotels it is very good, almost the same as a 4 star.

There were 2 small windows in the room but no view, you only see the wall from the next building, this make the room dark and clausterphobic. This was the only downside, all the rest was very good. So if you are out all day, the window is not an issue.

The bed was comfortable

The location was a bit hard to find and a bit far from the station. I requested to have my roomCleaned before 11AM by posting the signage but I came back with it being unclean.

- heated toilet seat- very nice staff and very thorough- very accommodating staff - easy check in- did I mention great staff

- a little cramped, there’s only space for only 1 luggage at most, room cannot hold more than 2 people for sure- a little on the pricey end for what you get

The hotel and facilities were clean and felt well-kept. The room has everything, a bit compact, but it has a toilet, bathroom, water kettle, a little table, and a chair with room fresheners and towels. What we loved was that the toilet and bathroom were separate, quite convenient, and hygienic. The location was also super nice, walkable to the shopping area and Dotonbori, and close to metro stations and convenience stores.

The window glass was opaque; it would be nice if it were transparent

Unable to open windows, I know it’s for safety reasons but at least allow guests to open a small gap to get some fresh air just like other hotels we stayed.

Location is a little off beaten track.

Localization-easy to go to main metro lines and walk to the center at night

Small rooms, almost no natural light, opaque windows

Friendly and helpful staff. Walk in shower. You can pick up tea, coffee, etc, near reception to make in your room. Selection of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores within walking distance.

No daylight in room due to building being squeezed in between two other buildings. Needed to keep lights on in room in the day. This is why I said the hotel did not meet my expectations. Information provided by hotel says breakfast is available but this is not the case at the moment. There is a laundry on the 4th floor with two washing machines for 5kg loads for 400 yen per load and two dryers. Only accepts 100 yen coins. I washed my clothes at the hotel but found a nearby laundromat to dry them since hotel dryers were in use. You may want to consider your options between the hotel laundry and local laundromats within walking distance. Detergent included with wash at hotel and laundromat.Staff may direct you to the local convenience store to get change. Convenience store staff are very helpful but won't accept bills higher than 1,000 yen. You need to make a purchase to get change. A better option is to break a higher denomination bill making a purchase at a department store and requesting 100 yen coins as part of the change. Japan's biggest department store is in Osaka, so it may also give you a story to tell. If you go, also check out the roof garden at Namba Parks. It is rated one of the world's top roof gardens but doesn't rate a mention in tourist guides.Hotel about a 15-minute walk from the local subway. Not close, but doable.

Far from stations, rooms a little too small and also asked staff to aid in getting a cabThey said cabs have a difficult time coming to their hotel because of location and we are better off walking for a few blocks to hail a cab. Main thing is location was no ideal.

Very generous room size for Japan. They delivered our internet shopping with pleasure.

If you’re a traveler with a lot of bags, location is vey far away from the hotel. So you should be prepared. Amenities can be improved

The room was clean, well put together, the A/C was highly functional, and the beds were comfy. The television was easy to use, and the mini-refrigerator kept our breakfast cold (there are some tricky units in other hotels that I can't say the same for).The shower was also quite spacious.This is an easy hotel to recommend if you're staying in Osaka, either for the Teppanyaki nearby, or the Expo this year.

It would have been good to have a suit case stand and an iron in the room already, though these things likely could have been rented from the front desk, had we asked (we were too tired to handle this upon our arrival).In our rooms, the toilet was located next to the door, and the toilet door is a sliding door, so it did lead to one awkward moment where, as I was exiting the toilet and the door was open, I could see into the hall. Do be careful if you're opening the door while someone is in the toilet.

Great amenities such as hair brush, shaver and cotton pads. Staff were friendly and the water area was nice

A little far from the main station when lugging suitcases but not very far

A place with a good location near the city center and with many restaurants and attractions.A relative quiet placement and well maintained. rooms were clean and well maintained.People were nice and helpful to our needs and were nice in helping us with our luggage while we were gone to town visiting.

It was little inconvenient to hear and see the construction next door but that was a temporary issue.

The staff were so helpful- we could store our luggage from 7am, ordered us a taxi and confirmed our hire car.

The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards, this was quite nice after traveling through Japan for 2 weeks with mostly very small rooms. I liked the separate toilet and bathroom, the beds were large and comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the airconditioning worked really well. We did not make use of the breakfast facility so I cannot comment on that. The location was good in relation to the tourist spots. Close to the subway.
