HOTEL FUKURACIA OSAKA-BAY

Not well located as it is a train journey to any of the attractions. No dining options available in the surrounding area. It is located in a commercial area.

Very very uncomfortable pillows!

The hotel staff don’t speak English and the room furniture is old and outdated

Very near the port when taking the Panstar Cruise. Hotel is massive, with several entertainment options to choose from. They opened a bar up on the 20-something floor and gives AMAZING views of the bay. Ryokan — wasn’t able to use this amenity during my one night stay, but definitely something to look forward to during a longer stay.Love their staff, they accomodated our luggage storage before check in and check out. They were also able to receive our luggage delivered from Tokyo.

Hard to get to a shopping mall. Buses are infrequent and nearest station is 15-22 minutes walking —which I agree is not that bad, but if you have been walking all your trip, my middle age knee complained. AC blows warm air during our stay (winter thing as announced on their posters on the elevator) fans available for use.

old hotel. 1 pillow only and its hard. there is no restaurants nor anything near it. they are not flexible when it comes to extension and after you checkout at 10 even your lyggages cant be stored for an hour.

Instructions about how to use laundry room should have English translation

The front desk(not everyone) is not nice to people who are not American or Japanese but can speak English. There might be misunderstanding if some instructions are in Japanese only and the translation might be off. The staff is not patient to explain it, especially the tall guy who can speak English.

we love everything about the hotel.nothing to complain about Japanese hospitality.thank you everyone that give their 100% to make our stay comfortable and make it easy for our trip of 11 days in Japan.it's so easy to go from this hotel to Osaka EXPO 2025.

Bad location! Uncomfortable hotel.

The pillows were horribly uncomfortable. When we asked for more or softer pillows they told us to put towels under our heads!Bad location.

Clean, close to train station and a free shuttle to train.

Hard mattress

The lounge is spacious and clean, and they kindly allowed us to stay there while waiting to transfer from another hotel. Since our check-in at the other hotel was scheduled for 4 PM, we stayed at Hotel Fukuracia Lounge in the meantime.

Cleanliness and value for money

We asked for extra pillow but was told there’s no extra available since there’s 4 of us and they provided only 3 but we understand given that it was holiday and we checked in late.

the breakfast was absolutely great. changing dishes every day with extra menu items on the weekend. the bath was also very relaxing in the evenings and the rooms were clean and big. if there is another event to visit at Intex Osaka, I will book there again.

i don't have anything to complain about.

The beds were amazing- very comfortable!! I loved the family room style, very practical and so incredibly useful! The space in the lobby called the garden was perfect for organizing get together with others. The karaoke and restaurant on property was phenomenal!

I didn’t love the breakfast buffet, but simply because it wasn’t what I was used to. It was a very good introduction to Japanese breakfast foods, and I ultimately really enjoyed it

The hotel was a bit further than expected from the nearest metro station, however they did have good facilities on site (Family Mart, restaurant) and a bus that made 3 trips an hour to and from Cosmosquare Station.

The check in staff didn't speak great English and after a few difficulties with the booking when I asked if we could speak to someone who could speak English all he did was pull out a pocket translator that wasn't very good. The rooms were spacious for a twin room, and despite having a jug and cups (as well as a common microwave on the floor) they didn't have any utensils to go with it. Just bizarre you could make a coffee but not stir it, or heat up dinner but have no plate to put it on. The bus to the metro station was useful but maybe they could consider changing it to a loop as there were some great dining options at other metro stations on the new tram line (and a more direct walk back to the hotel).

Lobby is very nice and family mart was easily accessible. The front counter was helpful whenever we had questions. We donr have kids, but the children play area was offered for guests and looked cute!

We paid for a late checkout when we first checked in and still got a call at 10 asking us to checkout. The bed was very stiff. Breakfast was confusing, we weren't able to pay after the fact for breakfast or at least that's what we were told. The shuttle schedule was different for the week we were there and that wasn't posted on their website, resulting in us missing the last shuttle before noon.
